【摘要】：2000年以來(lái)我國(guó)制造業(yè)快速發(fā)展,2004年前主要向東部地區(qū)進(jìn)一步集中;2004年以來(lái)集中度有所下降,逐步向中西部地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移,其中向中部地區(qū)的轉(zhuǎn)移較明顯,但近期大范圍向中西部地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移的可能性還比較小。相對(duì)稀缺的資本要素對(duì)我國(guó)制造業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)移有著顯著的推動(dòng)作用,而流動(dòng)性強(qiáng)的勞動(dòng)力要素的作用在減弱;市場(chǎng)需求對(duì)制造業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)移具有反作用,而投入產(chǎn)出關(guān)聯(lián)及交通運(yùn)輸成本有顯著的正向影響;市場(chǎng)化改革促進(jìn)了制造業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)移擴(kuò)散。近期要著力改善中西部投資環(huán)境,促進(jìn)制造業(yè)向中西部地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移集聚。
[Abstract]:Since 2000, China's manufacturing industry has developed rapidly, mainly to the east before 2004. Since 2004, the degree of concentration has declined, and gradually transferred to the central and western regions, in which the transfer to the central region is more obvious. But in the near future, the possibility of large-scale transfer to the central and western regions is still relatively small. The relative scarcity of capital elements has a significant role in promoting the transfer of manufacturing industry in China, while the role of labor force with strong mobility is weakened, and the market demand has a negative effect on the transfer of manufacturing industry. The input-output correlation and transportation cost have a significant positive effect, and market-oriented reform promotes the transfer and diffusion of manufacturing industry. In the near future, efforts should be made to improve the investment environment in the central and western regions and to promote the transfer of manufacturing industries to the central and western regions
