【摘要】：中航工業(yè)(中國航空工業(yè)集團公司的簡稱)非航空民品產(chǎn)業(yè)是其系列產(chǎn)品的重要組成部分。通過對中航工業(yè)非航空民品業(yè)務(wù)的基本情況的剖析,針對其優(yōu)勢、劣勢及面臨的機會和威脅,構(gòu)建了非航空民品產(chǎn)業(yè)狀況的PESTSWOT模型�；趯哟畏治龇▽Ψ呛娇彰衿樊a(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力進行了量化評價,提出了提升中航工業(yè)非航空民品產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭力的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:The non-aviation civil products industry is an important part of its series of products. Based on the analysis of the basic situation of non-aviation civil goods business in China Aviation Industry, the PESTSWOT model of non-aviation civil goods industry is constructed according to its advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), the paper evaluates the competitiveness of non-aviation civil products industry quantitatively, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the competitiveness of non-aviation civil products industry of CNAC industry.
