【摘要】：浙江省是一個紡織大省,其銷售收入、出口額和利潤均居全國第一,而印染業(yè)又是紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)中的一個重要支柱行業(yè),是紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)中高附加值的行業(yè)之一。然而,印染業(yè)還是一個高水耗、高能耗、高污染的產(chǎn)業(yè)。因此,如何處理好經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與能源環(huán)境之間的矛盾,是當前發(fā)展綠色經(jīng)濟、實現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)行業(yè)轉型升級迫切需要解決的問題。通過對紹興市柯橋區(qū)印染產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、集聚升級實踐及取得成效的闡述和分析,積極探索地方政府在整合傳統(tǒng)印染行業(yè)資源、淘汰落后產(chǎn)能、實施轉型升級上的路徑和方法,以期為各地傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的轉型升級帶來有益的啟示。
[Abstract]:Zhejiang province is a big textile Province, its sales income, export volume and profit are all the first in the country, and printing and dyeing industry is an important pillar industry in the textile industry. It is one of the high value-added industries in the textile industry. However, printing and dyeing industry is a high water consumption, high energy consumption and high pollution industry. Therefore, how to deal with the economic development and ability The contradiction between the source and environment is an urgent problem to be solved in the development of the current green economy and the transformation and upgrading of the traditional industry. Through the exposition and analysis of the status of the printing and dyeing industry in Keqiao District of Shaoxing, the practice and results of the agglomeration and upgrading are expounded and analyzed, and the local government is actively exploring the integration of the resources of the printing and dyeing industry, eliminating the backward production capacity, and implementing the transformation. The path and method of upgrading will bring beneficial enlightenment to the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries.
