【摘要】:當(dāng)今世界,在全球科技競爭日益激烈的宏觀環(huán)境下,相比傳統(tǒng)的工業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè),世界各國越來越重視以科技為導(dǎo)向的高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。在高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展中,新材料的發(fā)展具有舉足輕重的地位,其為高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供一定的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)各種戰(zhàn)略新興產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展也為新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)提供巨大的市場需求與廣闊的發(fā)展前景。新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)在新興產(chǎn)業(yè)中占有重要地位,作為東北三省之一的吉林省已確定把發(fā)展新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)納入戰(zhàn)略性新興產(chǎn)業(yè)中。由于吉林省的新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)還處于初級發(fā)展階段,因此對其進(jìn)行研究就具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文主要采取理論研究和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的方法,對吉林省新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而建立四大類新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)先后發(fā)展順序的指標(biāo)體系,構(gòu)建模糊層次分析模型,對這四類新材料產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行綜合評價(jià),得出梯度發(fā)展的結(jié)論,最后提出一些政策建議。
[Abstract]:In today's world, under the increasingly fierce global scientific and technological competition, compared with the traditional industrial industry, countries in the world pay more and more attention to the development of high-tech industries guided by science and technology. The development of new materials plays an important role in the development of high-tech industries, which provides a certain material basis for the development of high-tech industries. At the same time, the development of various strategic emerging industries also provides a huge market demand and broad development prospects for the new material industry. The new material industry plays an important role in the new industry. As one of the three northeast provinces, Jilin Province has decided to integrate the development of the new material industry into the strategic emerging industry. Because the new material industry in Jilin Province is still in the primary stage of development, it is of practical significance to study it. This paper mainly adopts the method of combining theoretical research and empirical research to analyze the present situation of the development of new material industry in Jilin Province, and then establish the index system of the development sequence of four kinds of new material industry, and construct the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process model. The development level of these four kinds of new materials industry is evaluated synthetically, and the conclusion of gradient development is obtained. Finally, some policy suggestions are put forward.
