【摘要】:隨著全球化競爭的加劇,企業(yè)間單純的競爭已轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)楣⿷?yīng)鏈之間的復(fù)雜競爭,越來越多的企業(yè)開始逐漸重視對其供應(yīng)鏈的協(xié)同與管理。尤其是在制造型企業(yè)中,供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同已成為必然趨勢。供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同主要是通過合作伙伴之間有效的協(xié)作來快速響應(yīng)市場變化,以實(shí)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈整體績效的最大化。因此,系統(tǒng)全面地研究供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同顯得尤為重要。然而現(xiàn)階段,對供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同的研究主要集中在對其協(xié)同機(jī)制與協(xié)同影響因素方面,有關(guān)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同與供應(yīng)鏈績效的關(guān)系研究還不夠深入。本文通過對供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同與供應(yīng)鏈績效關(guān)系的研究,探討提升供應(yīng)鏈績效的關(guān)鍵途徑,具有重大的理論意義與實(shí)踐意義。本文以裝備制造企業(yè)所在的供應(yīng)鏈為研究對象,采用探索性的多案例研究結(jié)合實(shí)證研究的方法,深入探討供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同對供應(yīng)鏈績效的關(guān)系。首先回顧了國內(nèi)外有關(guān)供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同與供應(yīng)鏈績效的理論研究,分析了現(xiàn)有研究的不足,為本文研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)。然后通過多案例分析初步探討戰(zhàn)略協(xié)同、業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同與供應(yīng)鏈績效之間的關(guān)系,提出了初始命題。接著在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了概念模型,提出了研究假設(shè),并通過SPSS 21.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對假設(shè)進(jìn)行分析和驗(yàn)證,進(jìn)一步得出戰(zhàn)略協(xié)同、業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同與供應(yīng)鏈績效關(guān)系,從而為從協(xié)同視角提升供應(yīng)鏈績效提供了依據(jù)。最后針對吉利的供應(yīng)鏈績效進(jìn)行研究,通過分析其在供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同方面存在的不足,進(jìn)而提出提升其供應(yīng)鏈績效的具體對策。通過深入的多案例分析和實(shí)證研究,本文得出兩個(gè)主要結(jié)論:戰(zhàn)略協(xié)同和業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同分別對供應(yīng)鏈績效的提升具有促進(jìn)作用;戰(zhàn)略協(xié)同和業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同對供應(yīng)鏈績效的提升存在交互作用。本研究豐富了供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同管理理論,為優(yōu)化供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同機(jī)制和提高供應(yīng)鏈績效提供了新的研究思路和方法。同時(shí)在實(shí)踐中,也能幫助裝備制造企業(yè)更好地進(jìn)行供應(yīng)鏈協(xié)同,從而提升其供應(yīng)鏈績效。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of global competition, the pure competition among enterprises has been transformed into complex competition between supply chains. More and more enterprises begin to attach importance to the coordination and management of their supply chains. Especially in manufacturing enterprises, supply chain collaboration has become an inevitable trend. Supply chain collaboration is mainly through the effective cooperation between partners to quickly respond to market changes in order to maximize the overall performance of the supply chain. Therefore, it is very important to study supply chain collaboration systematically and comprehensively. However, at present, the research on supply chain coordination mainly focuses on its coordination mechanism and the factors affecting coordination, and the research on the relationship between supply chain coordination and supply chain performance is not deep enough. Through the research on the relationship between supply chain coordination and supply chain performance, this paper discusses the key ways to improve supply chain performance, which is of great theoretical and practical significance. In this paper, the supply chain in which the equipment manufacturing enterprise is located is taken as the research object, and the relationship between supply chain synergy and supply chain performance is deeply discussed by using exploratory multi-case study combined with empirical research. Firstly, this paper reviews the theoretical research on supply chain coordination and supply chain performance at home and abroad, analyzes the shortcomings of existing research, and lays a theoretical foundation for this study. Then, the relationship between strategic synergy, business synergy and supply chain performance is discussed through multi-case analysis, and the initial proposition is put forward. Then, on the basis of theoretical research, the conceptual model is established, and the research hypotheses are put forward. The hypothesis is analyzed and verified by SPSS 21.0 statistical software, and the relationship among strategic collaboration, business collaboration and supply chain performance is obtained. Therefore, it provides the basis for improving supply chain performance from the perspective of coordination. Finally, this paper studies the performance of Geely's supply chain, analyzes its shortcomings in supply chain coordination, and then puts forward specific countermeasures to improve its supply chain performance. Through in-depth multi-case analysis and empirical research, this paper draws two main conclusions: strategic synergy and business synergy can promote the improvement of supply chain performance; There is interaction between strategic collaboration and business synergy on the improvement of supply chain performance. This study enriches the supply chain collaborative management theory and provides a new research idea and method for optimizing the supply chain coordination mechanism and improving the supply chain performance. At the same time, in practice, it can also help equipment manufacturing enterprises to better supply chain coordination, thereby improving their supply chain performance.
