【摘要】：提出用電技術(shù)效率概念以綜合衡量用電效率,構(gòu)造超越對(duì)數(shù)生產(chǎn)函數(shù),運(yùn)用隨機(jī)前沿分析方法對(duì)2005~2013年我國各省份用電技術(shù)效率進(jìn)行測算。結(jié)果表明:我國三大區(qū)域用電技術(shù)效率平均值從高到低的排序依次為東部、中部、西部地區(qū),隨著時(shí)間的推移,東部與西部區(qū)域之間用電技術(shù)效率的差距保持平穩(wěn),未見收斂趨勢。從我國整體來看,用電技術(shù)效率除2006年與2013年有所回落外,其余年份逐年增長平穩(wěn)。分析表明:提高生產(chǎn)的技術(shù)效率是提高用電技術(shù)效率的根本途徑,完善地區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、提高供電可靠性和加強(qiáng)需求側(cè)管理對(duì)于用電技術(shù)效率的提升也具有重要作用。
[Abstract]:The concept of electric technical efficiency is proposed to synthetically measure the efficiency of power consumption, construct transcendental logarithmic production function, and use random frontier analysis method to calculate the electrical technical efficiency of China's provinces in 2005~2013 years. The results show that the order of the average value of the technical efficiency of the three major regions from high to low in China is in the eastern, central and western regions in turn. With the passage of time, the gap between the eastern and western regions remains stable and has no convergence trend. From the overall point of view of our country, the efficiency of electrical technical efficiency is steadily increasing year by year except in 2006 and 2013. The analysis shows that improving the efficiency of production technology is the fundamental way to improve the efficiency of electrical technology. Good regional industrial structure, improving power supply reliability and strengthening demand side management also play an important role in improving the efficiency of power consumption.
