【摘要】：隨著PC總承包管理模式的探索與發(fā)展,工程項目綜合型的物資需求對物資采購管理工作提出了更高要求。供應(yīng)商管理作為物資采購的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),建立一套與PC總承包管理模式相適應(yīng)的完善、高效的物資供應(yīng)商管理體系是順應(yīng)時代發(fā)展的一種趨勢。結(jié)合天津高銀117大廈項目工程管理的實際,通過論述物資供應(yīng)商的引進、供應(yīng)商評價體系、戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系的建立以及117大廈項目物資供應(yīng)商管理情況,對PC總承包管理模式下的物資供應(yīng)商管理進行了研究和探討。
[Abstract]:With the exploration and development of PC general contract management mode, the comprehensive material demand of engineering projects puts forward higher requirements for material procurement management. Supplier management is the key link of material procurement. It is a trend to establish a set of perfect and efficient material supplier management system to adapt to PC general contract management mode. Combined with the actual project management of Tianjin Gaoxin 117 Building, through the introduction of material suppliers, supplier evaluation system, the establishment of strategic cooperation relationship and 117 Building Project material supplier management, The material supplier management under PC general contract management mode is studied and discussed.
