【摘要】：正按照"來多少風(fēng)、能發(fā)多少電、損失了多少、損失去了哪"的思路,建立"理論發(fā)電量平衡分析法",創(chuàng)新風(fēng)電經(jīng)濟運行管控及分析評價模型。實踐表明,該模型能有效防止指標(biāo)漂移,增強對標(biāo)合理性,具有一定推廣價值。伴隨經(jīng)濟發(fā)展進入新常態(tài),發(fā)電市場進入"雙降雙低"通道,風(fēng)電利用小時持續(xù)下降,盈利空間不斷壓縮,"做強存量、做優(yōu)增量"成為風(fēng)電企業(yè)健康持續(xù)發(fā)展的必然選擇。
[Abstract]:According to the idea of "how much wind comes, how much electricity can be produced, how much loss has been lost," the "theoretical power generation balance analysis method" is established to innovate the wind power economic operation control and analysis and evaluation model. The practice shows that the model can effectively prevent the index drift and enhance the rationality of the standard, and it is worth popularizing. With the economic development entering into the new normal, the power market enters the channel of "double descending and double low", the hours of wind power utilization continue to decline, the profit space is constantly compressed, and "strengthening the stock and making the increment" becomes the inevitable choice for the healthy and sustainable development of the wind power enterprises.
