【摘要】：G公司是由Z股份有限公司和F汽車(chē)集團(tuán)物流有限公司共同發(fā)起成立的專(zhuān)業(yè)汽車(chē)物流公司,主要從事汽車(chē)整車(chē)及零配件碼頭裝卸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、延伸物流業(yè)務(wù)。目前,G城市的汽車(chē)港口運(yùn)輸需求量增長(zhǎng)迅猛,現(xiàn)有的汽車(chē)運(yùn)輸能力已基本飽和,難以滿(mǎn)足未來(lái)汽車(chē)吞吐量的增長(zhǎng)需要。為更好地建設(shè)城市國(guó)際汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)基地,政府提出將打造成“世界級(jí)汽車(chē)產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)一體化基地、南中國(guó)汽車(chē)貿(mào)易流通中心、珠三角新型城市化實(shí)驗(yàn)新區(qū)”,形成汽車(chē)全鏈產(chǎn)業(yè)布局,同時(shí)S區(qū)作為國(guó)家級(jí)新區(qū)和自貿(mào)試驗(yàn)區(qū)兩大先行先試政策的疊加,具備很好的基礎(chǔ)。未來(lái)要發(fā)揮好區(qū)位優(yōu)勢(shì)、制度創(chuàng)新的優(yōu)勢(shì),加快建設(shè)國(guó)際航運(yùn)中心、物流中心、貿(mào)易中心和現(xiàn)代金融服務(wù)體系,借此契機(jī),G公司適時(shí)提出建設(shè)汽車(chē)碼頭項(xiàng)目,本項(xiàng)目建設(shè)將有利于推進(jìn)以港區(qū)為核心的汽車(chē)物流集散中配套服務(wù)于國(guó)際汽車(chē)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)園建設(shè),并構(gòu)建海陸聯(lián)運(yùn)的輻射珠三角及內(nèi)陸地區(qū)汽車(chē)物流的運(yùn)輸網(wǎng)絡(luò),加強(qiáng)股東方作為珠三角地區(qū)汽車(chē)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)中心的核心地位。本文闡述了G汽車(chē)碼頭項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃方案,進(jìn)行了行業(yè)環(huán)境分析、市場(chǎng)分析、項(xiàng)目?jī)?yōu)劣勢(shì)分析及市場(chǎng)策略分析,并在財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制等方面作了詳細(xì)評(píng)估。結(jié)果顯示該項(xiàng)目經(jīng)濟(jì)內(nèi)部收益率較好,可以達(dá)到社會(huì)折現(xiàn)率的效益水平。項(xiàng)目在經(jīng)濟(jì)資源配置的角度是可以被接受的,是合理的。項(xiàng)目稅后財(cái)務(wù)內(nèi)部收益率良好,財(cái)務(wù)上可行。最后,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別分析可知,項(xiàng)目面臨的主要是市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和建設(shè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn),在可承受和可控制的范圍。從上述的一系列分析結(jié)果可知,該項(xiàng)目財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)良好,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)可承受,發(fā)展前景良好。本論文以商業(yè)計(jì)劃書(shū)形式,通過(guò)一系列的市場(chǎng)與經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)分析,展現(xiàn)了投資G汽車(chē)碼頭項(xiàng)目的必要性與可行性,為汽車(chē)碼頭項(xiàng)目投資提供了有利和完備的經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)參考。
[Abstract]:G company is a professional automobile logistics company founded by the Z Limited by Share Ltd and F Automobile Group Logistics Co., Ltd., which mainly engaged in the loading and unloading, storage and extension of the spare parts wharf. At present, the demand for automobile port transportation in the city of G is growing rapidly, and the existing vehicle transportation capacity is basically saturated and difficult to meet. The growth of future automobile throughput needs. In order to build the city international automobile industry base better, the government proposes to build the "world class automobile production and marketing integration base, the South China automobile trade and circulation center, the new urbanization experimental new area in the Pearl River Delta" to form the whole chain production layout of the automobile, and the S district is the national new area and the self trade test. The superposition of the two major pre trial policies of the inspection area has a good foundation. In the future, we should give full play to the advantages of the location, the institutional innovation, and speed up the construction of the international shipping center, the logistics center, the trade center and the modern financial service system. By this opportunity, G company will put forward the project of building a car Wharf in a timely manner, and the construction of this project will be conducive to the promotion of the port area. In the core of the automobile logistics distribution, it serves the construction of the International Automobile Logistics Industrial Park, and constructs the transport network of the radiant pearl River Delta and the inland area of automobile logistics, and strengthens the core position of the East as the vehicle transport center in the Pearl River Delta area. This paper expounds the project plan of the G automobile terminal, and carries out the industry ring. The situation analysis, the market analysis, the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the project and the market strategy analysis, and the detailed evaluation on the financial evaluation and risk control. The results show that the economic internal rate of return of the project is good and the benefit level of the social discount rate can be reached. The project is acceptable and reasonable in the view of the allocation of economic resources. The post financial internal revenue rate is good and financial. Finally, the risk identification and analysis of the project show that the project is mainly the market risk and construction risk, in the range of affordability and control. From a series of results above, we can see that the project is good in financial indicators, risk can be bearable, and the development prospects are good. This paper is the business of business. The form of the business plan, through a series of market and economic evaluation analysis, shows the necessity and feasibility of the investment in the G automobile terminal project, and provides a favorable and complete economic and technical reference for the investment of the automobile terminal project.
