電力數(shù)據(jù)與經濟數(shù)據(jù)質量比較分析——基于Benford法則的評價

【摘要】:針對目前電力增長波幅與經濟增長偏離現(xiàn)象,本文依據(jù)Benford數(shù)字分布規(guī)則對地方GDP、工業(yè)增加值、用電量數(shù)據(jù)質量進行了檢測。分析結果顯示,這些數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)字分布均符合Benford法則。因此,本文認為應重點從產業(yè)結構、產品結構、行業(yè)周期上解釋電力增長與經濟增長偏差大的問題,而非歸咎于數(shù)據(jù)質量。
[Abstract]:In view of the deviation between the amplitude of electric power growth and economic growth, the quality of local data of Benford, industrial added value and electricity consumption is measured according to the Benford digital distribution rules. The results show that the numerical distribution of these data conforms to the Benford rule. Therefore, this paper holds that the problem of big deviation between electric power growth and economic growth should be explained from industrial structure, product structure and industry cycle, rather than from data quality.
