山西省H供電公司員工培訓體系研究

【摘要】:當前各行業(yè)企業(yè)競爭激烈,因而對于人力資源管理的要求也越來越嚴格,企業(yè)必須能夠盡快建立一支素質(zhì)過硬、結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定的人才隊伍,才能夠適應市場變化和客戶要求。因而也可以說人才已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)實現(xiàn)發(fā)展的最重要的保障。要想提高企業(yè)人才素質(zhì),企業(yè)就應當建立更加完善的員工培訓體系,并結(jié)合行業(yè)背景和市場動態(tài)來組織開展各種主題的培訓活動,以此來使員工的技能素質(zhì)符合企業(yè)成長要求。山西省H供電公司在員工培訓活動方面已經(jīng)積攢了一些較為成熟的做法,培訓活動次數(shù)、員工培訓人次等相比前兩年有明顯提升,人才隊伍建設初見成效。但是目前山西省H公司所建立的員工培訓體系,并不足以支撐公司戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的實現(xiàn),還達不到預期培訓效果,因此應當對山西省H供電公司的員工培訓機制進行全面梳理,通過對培訓體系的進一步完善,提升員工素質(zhì)和職業(yè)道德水準,為公司發(fā)展提供更多的高端人才。本文通過分析山西省H供電公司人力資源發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、現(xiàn)行培訓體系運作方式。從培訓需求、培訓內(nèi)容、培訓方式、培訓效果評估、培訓考核與激勵方面找出了山西省H供電公司員工培訓體系中存在的問題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文應用現(xiàn)代培訓理論作為指導,提出了完善山西省H供電公司員工培訓體系的對策。即從組織分析、任務分析、人員分析三個方面強化培訓需求分析;豐富培訓內(nèi)容,做好綜合型培訓,強化專業(yè)性培訓,開展差異性培訓,對新員工開展適應性培訓;拓展培訓方式,加大體驗式培訓力度,積極探索職業(yè)導師制,探索微信公眾平臺培訓方式;從反應層、學習層、行為層、結(jié)果層四個層面建立績效評估體系;通過完善職業(yè)生涯發(fā)展通道、物質(zhì)激勵、精神激勵等方式建立培訓激勵機制。本文希望通過對山西省H供電公司培訓問題的研究,建立該企業(yè)的培訓體系,并且希望能夠?qū)ν愋推髽I(yè)培訓體系的建立起到參考作用。
[Abstract]:At present, the competition of enterprises in various industries is fierce, so the requirements for human resources management are becoming more and more strict. Enterprises must be able to set up a contingent of qualified personnel with excellent quality and stable structure as soon as possible in order to adapt to market changes and customer requirements. Therefore, it can also be said that talent has become the most important guarantee for the development of enterprises. In order to improve the quality of talents, the enterprise should establish a more perfect staff training system, and combine with the background of the industry and the market dynamics to organize and carry out training activities on various topics, so as to make the technical quality of employees meet the requirements of enterprise growth. Shanxi H Power supply Company has accumulated some more mature practices in employee training activities. The number of training activities and the number of staff training have obviously improved compared with the previous two years. However, the employee training system established by Shanxi H Company at present is not enough to support the realization of the company's strategic planning and can not achieve the expected training effect. Therefore, the employee training mechanism of Shanxi H Power supply Company should be comprehensively combed out. Through the further improvement of the training system, improve the quality of staff and professional ethics, for the development of the company to provide more high-end talent. This paper analyzes the current situation of human resources development in Shanxi H Power supply Company and the operation mode of current training system. From the aspects of training demand, training content, training method, training effect evaluation, training examination and motivation, the problems in the training system of Shanxi H Power supply Company are found out. On this basis, this paper uses modern training theory as the guidance, and puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the staff training system of H Power supply Company in Shanxi Province. That is, from organizational analysis, task analysis, personnel analysis to strengthen the training needs analysis, enrich the training content, do a good job of comprehensive training, strengthen professional training, carry out differential training, and develop adaptability training for new employees. Expand the training methods, increase the intensity of experiential training, actively explore the vocational mentor system, explore the training mode of WeChat public platform, establish the performance evaluation system from the response layer, the learning layer, the behavior layer, the result level; By perfecting career development channels, material incentives, spiritual incentives and other ways to establish a training incentive mechanism. This paper hopes to establish the training system of the H power supply company in Shanxi Province through the study of the training problems, and hope to be able to play a reference role in the establishment of the training system of the same type of enterprises.
