【摘要】：隨著我國醫(yī)療體制改革的不斷推進(jìn),全民醫(yī)療的普及,使得居民對自身醫(yī)療需求的重視程度逐漸增強(qiáng),醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)的發(fā)展日益進(jìn)入廣大民眾的視線,不斷增長的需求也給醫(yī)療企業(yè)帶來了發(fā)展的機(jī)遇。但是我國的醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)發(fā)展起步較晚,加之醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)本身需要較強(qiáng)的科研實(shí)力和資金實(shí)力,其發(fā)展不是一蹴而就的,國內(nèi)行業(yè)發(fā)展至今,取得了一定的成就,但是與國外一流的醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)相比,還存在較大的差距。為此,自2013年開始,國家在政策上給予了高度的重視和支持,為逐步完善醫(yī)療醫(yī)藥行業(yè),制定、修訂和完善了相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),截至2015年,共發(fā)布了34項(xiàng)強(qiáng)制性行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及62項(xiàng)推薦性行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),涉及近90多個(gè)產(chǎn)品,在一定程度上逐步形成了醫(yī)療器械標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系,2009的開始實(shí)行的新醫(yī)改政策,合各大部委之力完善醫(yī)療服務(wù)體系建設(shè),同時(shí)國家投入大量資金,推行三級醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建設(shè),這些政策的施行,既給行業(yè)的內(nèi)的企業(yè)帶來了發(fā)展的機(jī)遇,也對市場進(jìn)行重新洗牌,行業(yè)內(nèi)的企業(yè)開始優(yōu)勝劣汰。本文選取作為研究對象的企業(yè),新華醫(yī)療器械集團(tuán),是我黨建立的第一家醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)企業(yè),她自身的發(fā)展見證了我國醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)的發(fā)展,在行業(yè)內(nèi)具有顯著的代表性,公司的品牌“新華牌”是行業(yè)內(nèi)唯一獲得認(rèn)證的中國名牌產(chǎn)品,其最初的產(chǎn)品線只有醫(yī)院感染控制設(shè)備和放射診療設(shè)備,公司這一產(chǎn)品市場占有率高達(dá)70%以上,隨著市場的變化和行業(yè)的發(fā)展,公司逐步開發(fā)新的產(chǎn)品,進(jìn)入新的市場細(xì)分領(lǐng)域,2006年開始發(fā)展的制藥裝備行業(yè),發(fā)展至2014年也占據(jù)了市場的大半江山,近年來企業(yè)通過并購的方式,開始發(fā)展診斷試劑和手術(shù)及骨科器械等產(chǎn)品線,同時(shí)借助產(chǎn)品優(yōu)勢,開始布局醫(yī)療服務(wù)行業(yè),以其能給企業(yè)帶來新的利潤增長點(diǎn),最大限度的抓住新醫(yī)改帶來的發(fā)展機(jī)遇。本文應(yīng)用所學(xué)過的管理學(xué)知識,利用PEST分析和波特五力模型分析公司面臨的外部環(huán)境,并應(yīng)用EFE評價(jià)矩陣分析定量分析公司利用行業(yè)機(jī)會情況,在深入分析企業(yè)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,用IFE矩陣對企業(yè)內(nèi)部環(huán)境進(jìn)行總結(jié),應(yīng)用SWOT戰(zhàn)略矩陣、大戰(zhàn)略矩陣等分析工具,結(jié)合戰(zhàn)略適用性分析,得出公司應(yīng)該采取相關(guān)多元化戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展模式的結(jié)論,并且分析了公司的具體實(shí)施方式和企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略保障措施,通過一系列的分析,研究了新華醫(yī)療器械股份有限公司這個(gè)具有獨(dú)特的營銷渠道,在醫(yī)院及藥廠等終端客戶處具有良好信譽(yù)的企業(yè),在單一產(chǎn)品做大做強(qiáng)的基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)一步利用現(xiàn)有龍頭產(chǎn)品,通過開拓新的市場份額,完成了醫(yī)療器械、制藥裝備和醫(yī)療服務(wù)三大業(yè)務(wù)板塊的總體布局,從而獲得持續(xù)成長動力的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:With the development of medical system reform and the popularization of national medical treatment, residents pay more and more attention to their own medical needs, and the development of medical device industry has increasingly entered the sight of the general public. The increasing demand also brings the development opportunity to the medical enterprise. However, the development of the medical device industry in our country started relatively late, and the medical device industry itself needs strong scientific research strength and financial strength. Its development was not achieved overnight. So far, the domestic industry has made certain achievements. However, compared with the first-class medical device industry abroad, there is still a big gap. For this reason, since 2013, the state has given high priority and support to its policies. In order to gradually improve the medical and pharmaceutical industry, the relevant standards have been formulated, revised and perfected. Up to 2015, A total of 34 mandatory industry standards and 62 recommended industry standards have been issued, involving nearly 90 products. To a certain extent, the system of medical device standards has gradually formed a new medical reform policy that began to be implemented in 2009. In line with the efforts of major ministries to improve the construction of the medical service system, at the same time, the state has invested a large amount of funds to promote the construction of a three-tier medical and health service network. The implementation of these policies has brought opportunities for the development of enterprises in the industry. Also reshuffle the market, industry enterprises began to survive the fittest. This article selects as the research object of the enterprise, Xinhua Medical device Group, is our party established the first medical device production enterprise, her own development witnessed our country medical device profession development, has the remarkable representative in the profession, The company's brand "Xinhua brand" is the only certified Chinese brand in the industry. Its original product line is only hospital infection control equipment and radiology equipment. The company has a market share of more than 70% of this product. With the change of market and the development of the industry, the company has gradually developed new products and entered new market segments. The pharmaceutical equipment industry, which began to develop in 2006, has also occupied most of the market in 2014. In recent years, through mergers and acquisitions, enterprises have begun to develop diagnostic reagents, surgery and orthopedic instruments and other product lines. At the same time, with the help of product advantages, they have begun to lay out the medical service industry in order to bring new profit growth points to enterprises. Seize the development opportunity brought by the new medical reform to the maximum extent. In this paper, we apply the management knowledge we have learned, use PEST analysis and Porter's five-force model to analyze the external environment facing the company, and apply the EFE evaluation matrix to analyze and analyze quantitatively the company's utilization of industry opportunities. Based on the deep analysis of the internal and external environment of the enterprise, this paper summarizes the internal environment of the enterprise by using the IFE matrix, applies the analysis tools such as the SWOT strategy matrix and the large strategy matrix, and analyzes the applicability of the strategy. Draw the conclusion that the company should adopt the relevant diversification strategy development model, and analyze the specific implementation of the company and enterprise strategy protection measures, through a series of analysis, Studied Xinhua Medical Devices Co., Ltd., which has a unique marketing channel and has good reputation in the terminal customers of hospitals and pharmaceutical factories, and makes further use of existing leading products on the basis of a single product becoming bigger and stronger. Through developing new market share, the overall layout of medical equipment, pharmaceutical equipment and medical service is completed, and the development strategy of sustained growth power is obtained.
