【摘要】：在系統(tǒng)總結安徽省煤層氣勘查開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,深入探討了"十三五"期間煤層氣勘查開發(fā)的戰(zhàn)略布局,提出了勘查開發(fā)的主要任務和目標,并進一步指出了科技攻關的重點方向。"十三五"期間,安徽省應根據煤層氣產業(yè)發(fā)展實際情況,堅持地面開發(fā)與井下抽采相結合,構建高效協(xié)調開發(fā)格局;統(tǒng)籌煤層氣、煤炭開發(fā)時序,建立煤層氣與煤炭綜合勘查開發(fā)機制;堅持基礎研究與技術創(chuàng)新相結合,突破煤層氣勘查開發(fā)技術瓶頸;在保持目前煤礦瓦斯井下抽采力度的前提下,爭取在宿州區(qū)塊實現(xiàn)煤層氣地面開發(fā)的實質性突破。
[Abstract]:On the basis of systematically summarizing the present situation of coalbed methane exploration and development in Anhui Province, the strategic layout of coalbed methane exploration and development during the 13th Five-Year Plan period is discussed in depth, and the main tasks and objectives of exploration and development are put forward. And further pointed out the key direction of scientific and technological research. " During the 13th Five-Year Plan period, Anhui Province should adhere to the combination of ground development and underground extraction and production in accordance with the actual conditions of the development of coal-bed methane industry, so as to build a highly efficient and coordinated development pattern, and coordinate the timing of coalbed methane and coal development. To establish a comprehensive exploration and development mechanism for coalbed methane and coal, to adhere to the combination of basic research and technological innovation, to break through the technical bottleneck of coalbed methane exploration and development, and to maintain the present intensity of underground methane extraction in coal mines, Strive to achieve a substantial breakthrough in the Suzhou block of CBM ground development.
