制造業(yè)企業(yè)服務創(chuàng)新能力構建機制與演化路徑研究

【摘要】:基于資源編排視角,通過艾默生與奧的斯的縱向案例研究,探索制造企業(yè)如何通過資源動態(tài)編排構建服務創(chuàng)新能力及其演化路徑。研究結果顯示:(1)制造企業(yè)資源編排包含三個過程:構建資源組合、資源歸攏整合與資源轉化利用,在企業(yè)不同的發(fā)展階段,資源編排有不同的表現(xiàn)形式;(2)環(huán)境動蕩性引發(fā)企業(yè)能力與其所嵌入情境之間的沖突是企業(yè)培育服務創(chuàng)新能力的前提,對關鍵資源的編排是企業(yè)構建服務創(chuàng)新能力、提高市場適應性的基礎;(3)服務創(chuàng)新能力主要包括服務覆蓋能力、服務流程化能力和服務開發(fā)能力,資源編排的不同方式導致服務創(chuàng)新能力的躍遷和序列效應。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of resource orchestration, through the longitudinal case study of Emerson and Otis, this paper explores how manufacturing enterprises construct service innovation ability and its evolution path through dynamic resource arrangement. The results show that the resource arrangement of manufacturing enterprises consists of three processes: the construction of resource combination, the integration of resources and the conversion and utilization of resources, and at different stages of enterprise development. The conflict between enterprise capability and its embedded situation is the premise for enterprises to cultivate service innovation ability, and the arrangement of key resources is the construction of service innovation ability. The capability of service innovation mainly includes the ability of service coverage, the ability of service flow and the ability of service development. Different ways of resource arrangement lead to the transition and sequential effect of service innovation ability.
