新華防護器材有限責(zé)任公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:伴隨安全生產(chǎn)觀念的廣泛傳播,為保證生產(chǎn)安全、避免事故發(fā)生,減少自然傷害和人為事故帶來的損失,各級人民政府和生產(chǎn)廠商要逐步提高安全生產(chǎn)意識與投入,未來我國安全防護產(chǎn)業(yè)的需求旺盛,存在巨大的國內(nèi)市場發(fā)展空間,是帶動未來經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的一個新的經(jīng)濟增長點。企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略涉及領(lǐng)域極廣,屬于企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的一種,主要是針對企業(yè)發(fā)展所進行的謀劃,是企業(yè)針對發(fā)展過程中遇到問題時所采用的全面的、較長時間的、根本性的謀略。企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略更加突出整體性,是一種上位概念,處于統(tǒng)領(lǐng)地位,企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略是企業(yè)取得發(fā)展與行業(yè)領(lǐng)先地位的重要方法。然而,我國國內(nèi)安全防護器材生產(chǎn)廠商可能會對企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的本質(zhì)理解不夠透徹,更有甚者會將企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略認為是阻礙,在企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的設(shè)計和實施中產(chǎn)生施加壓力。許多國內(nèi)生產(chǎn)廠商將企業(yè)的計劃視為企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,沒有與時局相關(guān)聯(lián),與企業(yè)實務(wù)相脫節(jié),致使企業(yè)所設(shè)計的內(nèi)容無法在現(xiàn)實中實施,企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略也就不能繼續(xù)推進。本文以特定研究對象——新華防護器材有限責(zé)任公司為切入點進行了分析與研究,提出適合該企業(yè)自身發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略,以期提升企業(yè)在防護器材行業(yè)內(nèi)的競爭實力,最終實現(xiàn)新華防護器材有限責(zé)任公司可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的總體目標(biāo)。綜合分析環(huán)境評價矩陣后可知,新華防護器材有限責(zé)任公司的內(nèi)部環(huán)境是處在優(yōu)勢的,但是該優(yōu)勢并不突出;新華防護器材有限責(zé)任公司外部環(huán)境較為有利,但企業(yè)能獲得機會的戰(zhàn)略高度不充分,需提高重視程度,并提升反應(yīng)能力。針對新華防護器材有限責(zé)任公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的重新審視與評價,要求改進企業(yè)現(xiàn)有的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,并認為要求改變發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與定位是合理的。通過SWOT矩陣分析后,可知,新華防護器材有限責(zé)任公司可以采用SWOT矩陣分析出現(xiàn)的四種備選戰(zhàn)略,即提高財務(wù)杠桿;一專多元化,進一步拓展市場;提高品牌建設(shè)力度;提升企業(yè)文化建設(shè)等。再用QSPM矩陣對戰(zhàn)略進行評價,最終確定新華防護器材有限責(zé)任公司的總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略為SO戰(zhàn)略,即增長型戰(zhàn)略。此外,還明確了新華防護器材有限責(zé)任公司的愿景和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),著重以品牌和技術(shù)優(yōu)勢打造產(chǎn)品的差異化,開發(fā)中、高端防護器材產(chǎn)品,本文還相應(yīng)地制定了生產(chǎn)運營職能戰(zhàn)略、資源保障職能戰(zhàn)略和戰(zhàn)略支持職能戰(zhàn)略。本文所提出的實證研究的相關(guān)結(jié)論,是筆者在實踐過程中運用管理知識思考所得的,期望筆者的某些觀點能夠為新華防護器材有限責(zé)任公司的發(fā)展提供具有建設(shè)性的意見,并為類似的防護器材公司及行業(yè)提供一定程度上具有意義的借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the wide spread of the concept of safe production, to ensure production safety, to avoid accidents, reduce man-made accidents and loss of natural damage, the people's governments at all levels and manufacturers to gradually increase the awareness of safety and investment, the future of China's security industry, the demand of the domestic market, there is a huge space for development, is a new the economic growth point in the future economic development. Enterprise development strategy relates to the field is extremely wide, belongs to a kind of corporate strategy, is mainly aimed at planning for the development of enterprises, the problems encountered in the development process of the enterprise for comprehensive, long time, the fundamental strategy of enterprise development strategy is more prominent. Overall, is a concept in the dominant, enterprise development strategy is the important method of enterprise development and achieved a leading position in the industry. However, China's domestic security protection Protective equipment manufacturers may understand the nature of the enterprise development strategy is not thorough enough, even the enterprise development strategy that is hindered, the pressure generated in the design and implementation of enterprise development strategy. Many domestic manufacturers business plan as the development strategy of the enterprise is not associated with the separation, with the enterprise practice, resulting in the design of enterprise content can not be implemented in reality, enterprise development strategy will not continue. In this paper, the specific research object: Xinhua protective equipment limited liability company as the starting point for analysis and research, put forward the enterprise development strategy, in order to promote the competitive power of enterprise in the door the equipment in the industry, and ultimately to achieve the overall goal of the sustainable development strategy of Xinhua protective equipment limited liability company. After the comprehensive analysis of environmental evaluation matrix, Xinhua Protective equipment limited liability company's internal environment is in advantage, but this advantage is not prominent; Xinhua protective equipment limited liability company external environment is favorable, but the enterprise can obtain the opportunity of strategic height is not sufficient, the need to improve the degree of attention, and enhance the ability to respond. For re examination and evaluation of Xinhua protective equipment limited liability company inside and outside the environment, requirements to improve the existing enterprise development strategy, and that the request to change the development strategy and positioning is reasonable. Through the analysis of SWOT matrix, the Xinhua protective equipment limited liability company can analyze four alternative strategy based on SWOT matrix, which is designed to increase financial leverage; a diversification, further expand the market; improve the brand construction; promote the building of enterprise culture. The strategy was evaluated by QSPM matrix, confirms the protective equipment limited liability company finally The overall development strategy for the SO strategy, namely growth strategy. In addition, also clear Xinhua protection equipment limited liability company's vision and strategic objectives, focus on brand and technological advantages to create product differentiation, development, high-end protective equipment products, this paper also set up the production operation function strategy, resource protection functional strategy and strategic support function strategy. Research conclusion in this paper, the author is in the process of practice on the use of management knowledge, the author can expect some views for the Xinhua protective equipment provided constructive opinions of the development of a limited liability company, and provide meaningful reference for a certain extent protective equipment company and similar industry.
