【摘要】：生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)是21世紀(jì)最具發(fā)展前景的產(chǎn)業(yè)之一,目前已是世界各國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中的重點發(fā)展產(chǎn)業(yè)。新興的生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國也已經(jīng)被提升到重點發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略產(chǎn)業(yè)高度上面,產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和人民健康水平的提升十分重要。自2006年以來,北京生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)開始快速發(fā)展,初步形成了生物醫(yī)藥研發(fā)生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊,核心技術(shù)取得重大突破,生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)基地發(fā)展迅速,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群效應(yīng)開始顯現(xiàn)。然而北京產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展整體狀況距離國內(nèi)外優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展水平依舊很遠(yuǎn)。因此,對北京生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行評價研究非常重要,有助于正確認(rèn)識北京生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。本文根據(jù)北京生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的“5+2”產(chǎn)業(yè)基地格局,涵蓋北京生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)涉及的產(chǎn)品范圍,定義出本文所使用的生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)慨念。同時,基于對生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)特點的考量,并結(jié)合國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展相關(guān)理論的分析,總結(jié)影響生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)因素,并以此為依據(jù)構(gòu)建了生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展評價體系。本文以構(gòu)建的生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展評價指標(biāo)體系為依據(jù),探討所選取的指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)的處理方法、權(quán)重確定方法及綜合評價方法。本文以北京生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)為實證研究對象,運用簡單線性加權(quán)法和熵值法對北京生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)2006年到2013年期間的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行評價,并用拉開檔次的組合評價方法對這兩種方法進(jìn)行甄選和組合,得出評價北京生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)的適合方法。然后,綜合主觀和客觀兩方面的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展特點,分析北京生物醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)2006年到2013年期間各級指標(biāo)的變化情況。最后,根據(jù)本文的評價結(jié)果對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析和評價,并提出建議。
[Abstract]:Biomedical industry is one of the most promising industries in the 21st century.The emerging biomedical industry has also been promoted to the strategic industrial height of key development in our country. The industrial development is very important to the improvement of the economy and the health level of the people in our country.Since 2006, the biomedical industry in Beijing began to develop rapidly, initially formed a research and production team of biomedical research and development, the core technology has made a major breakthrough, the biomedical industry base has developed rapidly, and the industrial cluster effect has begun to appear.However, the overall situation of industrial development in Beijing is still far from the development level of domestic and foreign superior industrial clusters.Therefore, it is very important to evaluate and study the development of biomedical industry in Beijing, which is helpful to understand the present situation of the development of biomedical industry in Beijing.According to the "52" industrial base pattern of Beijing biomedical industry, this paper covers the product range of Beijing biomedical industry, and defines the biomedical industry used in this paper.At the same time, based on the consideration of the characteristics of the biomedical industry and the analysis of the related theories of the domestic and foreign industrial development, this paper summarizes the relevant factors affecting the development of the biomedical industry, and constructs an evaluation system of the development of the biomedical industry based on the analysis of the characteristics of the biomedical industry.Based on the evaluation index system of biomedical industry, this paper discusses the processing method, weight determination method and comprehensive evaluation method of selected index data.This paper takes the biomedical industry in Beijing as the empirical research object, and evaluates the development of the biomedical industry in Beijing from 2006 to 2013 by using the simple linear weighting method and entropy method.The selection and combination of these two methods are carried out with the combination evaluation method of open grade, and the suitable method for evaluating the biomedical industry in Beijing is obtained.Then, combining the subjective and objective characteristics of industrial development, this paper analyzes the changes of the biomedical industry at all levels in Beijing from 2006 to 2013.Finally, according to the evaluation results of this paper, the industrial development is analyzed and evaluated, and some suggestions are put forward.
