快速換模(SMED)在TM彈簧制造公司的應用研究

【摘要】:隨著市場需求的多樣化及個性化,客戶的訂單越來越趨向多品種小批量,意味著TM公司的生產(chǎn)換模(型)次數(shù)變多。TM公司傳統(tǒng)的換模(型)時間較長,浪費嚴重。在充分利用TM公司現(xiàn)有資源情況下,實施快速換模方式,可以提升生產(chǎn)效率,縮短生產(chǎn)周期,降低庫存,可以提升生產(chǎn)能力,可以快速響應客戶的需求?焖贀Q模對TM公司的開源節(jié)流有著重要意義。選擇TM公司彈簧機型為試點,通過運用“程序分析法”、“操作分析”、“動作分析法”等IE(工業(yè)工程)分析工具,運用5WHY、ECRS、PDCA等分析方法,采用“區(qū)分切換內(nèi)外部作業(yè)”、“將內(nèi)部作業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)化成外部作業(yè)”、“縮短內(nèi)部作業(yè)時間”、“縮短外部作業(yè)時間”等方法步驟,通過對彈簧機換模的工裝夾具模塊化、統(tǒng)一化、標準化,通過實施多人并行作業(yè),對換模(型)流程實施標準化作業(yè)及實現(xiàn)縮短換模時間。通過對Z等產(chǎn)品換模流程的改善前后的分析,通過對Z等產(chǎn)品快速換模的驗證,換模時間可以縮短40%-70%。通過實施快速換模,改變了目前彈簧機換模(型)依賴技術(shù)師傅經(jīng)驗、調(diào)機方法無標準的狀態(tài)?焖贀Q模是TM公司在精益生產(chǎn)中重點實施并優(yōu)先采用的工具、方法。TM公司快速換模也是人性化的過程,快速換模目的之一是為了尊重人性,快速換模實施過程中也體現(xiàn)了尊重人性。TM公司對彈簧機實施快速換模方法,對彈簧行業(yè)換模(型)也會帶來一定的積極的影響。
[Abstract]:With the diversification and individuation of market demand, customers' orders tend to be more and more varieties and small batches, which means that the number of production mold changes (type) of TM Company becomes more and more. The traditional mould changing time of TM Company is longer, and the waste is serious.Under the condition of making full use of the existing resources of TM Company, it is possible to improve the production efficiency, shorten the production cycle, reduce the inventory, increase the production capacity and respond quickly to the customer's demand by implementing the fast mode of changing the mould.It is very important for TM company to change the mould quickly.The spring model of TM Company is selected as a pilot. By using IE-based analysis tools, such as "program analysis", "operation analysis", "action analysis" and so on, and using the analysis methods such as 5WHYY, ECRS, PDCA, etc., it adopts the method of "distinguishing between internal and external operations".By modularizing the tooling fixture of the spring machine to change the mould, the process of "converting internal work into external operation", "shortening the internal working time" and "shortening the external working time" are unified and standardized.Through the implementation of multi-person parallel operation, standardized operation is carried out on the mould changing process and the time of changing mould is shortened.Through the analysis before and after the improvement of the changing process of Z and other products, and the verification of the rapid mold changing of Z and other products, the changing time can be shortened by 40% -70%.Through the implementation of rapid die change, the current spring machine die change (type) depends on the experience of the technical master, and the adjustment method has no standard state.Rapid mold change is a tool that TM Company implements and uses first in lean production. The method is also a humanized process. One of the purposes of rapid mold change is to respect human nature.In the process of rapid mold changing, it also reflects the respect for human nature. TM company implements the fast mode change method to spring machine, which will bring some positive influence to spring industry mould change (type).
