基于TRIZ理論的R公司淀粉生產(chǎn)流程改善研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著食品生產(chǎn)技術的快速發(fā)展,國內淀粉加工行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)出產(chǎn)能過剩,供大于求的生產(chǎn)態(tài)勢。降低成本,提高質量,主動適應經(jīng)濟發(fā)展“新常態(tài)”,已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)管理者不容回避的問題。R公司是由F國總公司在N市投資建設的淀粉加工企業(yè),年產(chǎn)40萬噸玉米淀粉,并以自產(chǎn)淀粉為原料,年產(chǎn)35萬噸淀粉糖及糖醇產(chǎn)品,和4萬噸的變性淀粉。R公司的淀粉生產(chǎn)流程中,存在著環(huán)境污染、能源浪費和“瓶頸”工段問題。R公司在考慮流程問題的解決方案時,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在著解決效果的沖突,一個問題的改善同時造成另一個問題的惡化,需要運用創(chuàng)新思維方法,妥善解決問題,實現(xiàn)消除浪費。本文通過研究運用TRIZ工具,成功分析解決了R公司淀粉生產(chǎn)流程中的問題。本文第3章先簡要介紹R公司的狀況,及淀粉生產(chǎn)流程中存在的問題。第4章分析了問題解決中存在的矛盾。第5章運用TRIZ理論中沖突解決原理、物質-場分析法和功能分析原理,建模分析企業(yè)在流程管理中存在的問題,并根據(jù)40條發(fā)明原理,研究了具體問題的解決方向。第6章根據(jù)TRIZ分析的結論,運用ECRS、目視化管理等流程改善工具,制定并實施了淀粉生產(chǎn)流程改善方案,并評估了改善的實施績效。本文同時可為其它淀粉加工企業(yè),實施現(xiàn)場改善提供一些可供借鑒的經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of food production technology, the domestic starch processing industry presents overcapacity and oversupply.Reducing costs, improving quality, actively adapting to the "new normal" of economic development has become an unavoidable problem for enterprise managers. R Company is a starch processing enterprise invested by F State Corporation in N City, with an annual production of 400000 tons of corn starch.In addition, using self-produced starch as raw material, the annual production of 350000 tons of starch sugar and sugar alcohol products, and 40,000 tons of modified starch. R company starch production process, there is environmental pollution,Energy waste and "bottleneck" problem. R Company, when considering solutions to process problems, found that there was a conflict of solution effectiveness, that improvement of one problem caused the deterioration of another problem, and that innovative thinking was needed.Solve problems properly and eliminate waste.In this paper, the problems in R Company starch production process are analyzed and solved by using TRIZ tools.In Chapter 3, the status of R Company and the problems in starch production process are briefly introduced.Chapter 4 analyzes the contradiction in the problem solving.Chapter 5 uses the conflict resolution principle, material-field analysis method and function analysis principle in TRIZ theory to model and analyze the problems existing in the process management of enterprises. According to the principle of 40 inventions, the paper studies the solution direction of the specific problems.In chapter 6, according to the conclusion of TRIZ analysis, using the process improvement tools such as ECRSs and visual management, the author formulates and implements the program of starch production process improvement, and evaluates the implementation performance of the improvement.At the same time, this paper can provide some experience for other starch processing enterprises to carry out field improvement.
