【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化發(fā)展和服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)科技的不斷進(jìn)步,世界服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)的分工格局和競爭格局均出現(xiàn)了新變化和新態(tài)勢,全球服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)正在處于大發(fā)展、大變革和大調(diào)整的非常階段。中國是傳統(tǒng)紡織工業(yè)大國和服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)大國,同時(shí)也是世界重要的紡織品輸出大國。隨著我國改革開放的不斷擴(kuò)大和國民收入的不斷提高,中國服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)在市場條件下和產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭中經(jīng)歷了一系列的波動(dòng)、調(diào)整之后,在組織機(jī)制、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、產(chǎn)業(yè)布局、產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)裝備、產(chǎn)業(yè)政策導(dǎo)向等方面均有了明顯的進(jìn)步。但是,與歐美日等老牌世界服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)強(qiáng)國相較,我國服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)仍然處于轉(zhuǎn)型升級的關(guān)鍵階段,產(chǎn)業(yè)總體競爭力疲軟,企業(yè)研發(fā)能力較弱、創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)相對滯后、品牌知名度和品牌影響力均不夠高,歐美知名奢侈品牌服飾產(chǎn)品充斥國內(nèi)市場,壓制本土一線品牌服裝的發(fā)展。針對這種產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和競爭格局,我國迫切需要加快服裝價(jià)值鏈優(yōu)化升級,加快本土創(chuàng)意品牌的孵化,大力發(fā)展服裝創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)。目前我國為適應(yīng)產(chǎn)業(yè)競爭,在北京、上海、廣州、深圳、石獅、鄭州等重要城市建立服裝創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園,國內(nèi)許多二線城市也仿效一線城市的創(chuàng)意園模式規(guī)劃建設(shè)。近10年之內(nèi),我國服裝創(chuàng)意園的數(shù)量如雨后春筍且發(fā)展趨同,相似園區(qū)建設(shè)風(fēng)格和創(chuàng)意輸出交叉,園區(qū)陷入盲目競爭,造成服裝創(chuàng)意市場的混亂。本文針對我國現(xiàn)階段創(chuàng)意園的規(guī)劃和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了實(shí)際調(diào)研和問卷研究,橫向?qū)Ρ攘藝鴥?nèi)外服裝創(chuàng)意園發(fā)展和規(guī)劃的模式;運(yùn)用EFE、IFE環(huán)境評估工具對我國服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)園和服裝創(chuàng)意園的外部發(fā)展環(huán)境與內(nèi)部發(fā)展環(huán)境做出詳細(xì)評估,指出我國服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的重點(diǎn)工作之一是實(shí)現(xiàn)服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)園向服裝創(chuàng)意園的優(yōu)化升級,重點(diǎn)工作之二是在創(chuàng)意園的基礎(chǔ)上不斷提高創(chuàng)新成果轉(zhuǎn)化率,實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)意園的戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型。在確定了創(chuàng)意園是我國服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要驅(qū)動(dòng)的結(jié)論下,運(yùn)用霍爾三維系統(tǒng)工程理論對服裝創(chuàng)意園進(jìn)行建模研究,提出了“創(chuàng)意園在規(guī)劃和建設(shè)階段各要素重要指數(shù)等級差異化”的假設(shè),通過實(shí)地調(diào)研討論和問卷分析,驗(yàn)證了預(yù)想結(jié)論并總結(jié)出創(chuàng)意園規(guī)劃和招商兩個(gè)階段對整個(gè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展影響關(guān)鍵。在運(yùn)用SWOT分析方法制定SO、ST、WO、WT戰(zhàn)略的基礎(chǔ)上遵從QSPM戰(zhàn)略方案選擇原理,選擇了發(fā)展服裝創(chuàng)意園的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略四套:創(chuàng)意園體制機(jī)制改革戰(zhàn)略、分期建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略、立足區(qū)域特色發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略、管理內(nèi)核企業(yè)化戰(zhàn)略。最后,對本次研究的局限性做了簡略陳述并對我國服裝創(chuàng)意園發(fā)展建設(shè)做出展望
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy globalization and the continuous progress of the clothing industry science and technology, the pattern of division of labor and the competition pattern of the world clothing industry have all appeared the new change and the new situation, the global clothing industry is in the big development.The extraordinary stage of great change and adjustment.China is a traditional textile industry and clothing industry, but also an important textile export country in the world.With the continuous expansion of China's reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of national income, China's garment industry has experienced a series of fluctuations under market conditions and industrial competition, after adjustment, in the organizational mechanism, industrial structure, industrial layout,Industrial technology equipment, industrial policy guidance and other aspects have made obvious progress.However, compared with Europe, America and Japan, the clothing industry of our country is still in the key stage of transformation and upgrading, the overall competitiveness of the industry is weak, the R & D ability of enterprises is weak, and the creative design is relatively lagging behind.Brand popularity and brand influence are not high, Europe and the United States famous luxury brand clothing products flooded the domestic market, suppress the development of local brand clothing.In view of this kind of industry development situation and the competition pattern, our country urgently needs to speed up the clothing value chain optimization upgrading, speeds up the native creative brand incubation, vigorously develops the clothing creative industry.At present, in order to adapt to the industrial competition, China has set up garment creative industry parks in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shishi, Zhengzhou and other important cities. Many second-tier cities in China also follow the model of first-tier cities in the planning and construction of creative parks.In the past 10 years, the number of clothing creative parks in our country has been springing up and the development is converging. The similar park construction style and creative output cross, and the park falls into blind competition, resulting in the confusion of clothing creative market.This article has carried on the actual investigation and the questionnaire research according to the present stage plan and the development present situation of our country, has compared the domestic and foreign clothing creative park development and the plan mode horizontally;Using EFE IFE environment assessment tool, the external and internal development environment of garment industry park and clothing creative park in China are evaluated in detail.It is pointed out that one of the key tasks of the strategic transformation of China's garment industry is to realize the optimization and upgrading from the garment industry park to the clothing creative park, and the second is to continuously improve the transformation rate of innovation achievements and realize the strategic transformation of the creative park on the basis of the creative park.Based on the conclusion that creative park is an important driving force for the development of garment industry in our country, the 3D system engineering theory of Hall is used to model the fashion creative park.This paper puts forward the hypothesis of "the difference of each factor's important index grade in the planning and construction stage of creative garden", and through the field investigation and discussion and questionnaire analysis,This paper verifies the expected conclusions and concludes that the two stages of creative park planning and investment promotion have a key impact on the development of the whole park.On the basis of using SWOT analysis method to formulate the strategy of QSPM, the author chooses four sets of development strategies for developing clothing creative park: reform strategy of system mechanism, construction strategy by stages, development strategy based on regional characteristics, and the following four sets of development strategies: system reform strategy, construction strategy by stages, development strategy based on regional characteristics, four sets of development strategies for the development of clothing creative park.Management core enterprise strategy.Finally, the limitations of this study are briefly described and the development and construction of the clothing creative park in China are prospected.
