【摘要】：依據(jù)中國有色金屬工業(yè)協(xié)會鈦鋯鉿分會對中國海綿鈦、鈦錠、鈦粉、鈦加工材等主要鈦產(chǎn)品的產(chǎn)能、產(chǎn)量、價格、進出口量等統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù),對中國鈦工業(yè)2015年生產(chǎn)和貿(mào)易的總體運營狀況進行了評價。分析了目前我國鈦行業(yè)存在的突出問題,給出了解決問題的對策及建議:1加大科技創(chuàng)新力度,促進鈦加工材產(chǎn)品升級,滿足航空航天、船舶、醫(yī)療等高端領域的應用;2以"供給側(cè)改革"等國家戰(zhàn)略推進企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級;3促進行業(yè)間的合作,搭建資源的共享平臺,拓寬鈦的應用市場。
[Abstract]:According to the statistics of production capacity, output, price, import and export of major titanium products such as sponge titanium, titanium ingots, titanium powder, titanium processing materials and so on, according to the titanium zirconium and hafnium branch of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association,The overall production and trade of titanium industry in China in 2015 were evaluated.This paper analyzes on the outstanding problems existing in the titanium industry in our country, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for solving the problems, and suggests that: 1 increase the strength of scientific and technological innovation, promote the upgrading of titanium processing material products, and meet the requirements of aerospace and shipping.The application of the high-end fields such as medical treatment and so on promotes the transformation and upgrading of enterprises with "supply-side reform" and other national strategies to promote the cooperation among industries, build a platform for sharing resources, and broaden the application market of titanium.
