發(fā)電廠工程項目模塊化建設(shè)與管理研究

【摘要】:常規(guī)火力發(fā)電廠的施工現(xiàn)場,呈現(xiàn)出來的是機器轟鳴、人員穿梭的繁忙景象,如此多的人、機器同時協(xié)同作業(yè)是目前我國發(fā)電廠建設(shè)的最大特色。如此多的標(biāo)段、工種同時進(jìn)行作業(yè),一旦其中某一個環(huán)節(jié)出現(xiàn)問題,將會導(dǎo)致其他相關(guān)聯(lián)的標(biāo)段、工種的停工,問題嚴(yán)重時將會使項目工期被無限期延后。如何能夠在保證工程質(zhì)量的前提下,既能縮短工期、創(chuàng)造效益,又能達(dá)到國家的節(jié)能減排的目的。近年來隨著我國發(fā)電廠數(shù)量的不斷增多,模塊化在相應(yīng)的工程建設(shè)方面的技術(shù)實踐也就越來越多,在大型的工程項目建設(shè)過程中,經(jīng)常會涉及很多的專業(yè)領(lǐng)域,如果將這些領(lǐng)域分為不同的專業(yè)模塊,使用集群系統(tǒng)之后就會變得相對簡單。與此同時,使用模塊化不僅大大降低了管理難度,而且也提高了專業(yè)化水平。本文以發(fā)電廠工程項目模塊化建設(shè)與管理的研究背景以及研究意義為切入點,將我國發(fā)電廠建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀與國外的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行對比,指出在我國推行模塊化建設(shè)的必要性。對于項目管理模塊化理念的發(fā)展也做了簡單的研究,可以看出來國內(nèi)在項目管理模塊化的應(yīng)用上和國外還是存在不小的差距,以模塊化的視角找出了目前常規(guī)發(fā)電廠建設(shè)存在的問題并分析存在的原因。詳細(xì)講述了模塊化實施的三大原則,在這三個原則的基礎(chǔ)上詳細(xì)闡述了模塊化建設(shè)的實施流程,從模塊化設(shè)計、模塊化預(yù)制、模塊化安裝以及模塊化項目管理這幾個方面來實施模塊化,只有這樣才能夠?qū)㈨椖磕K化理論正確并且全面的運用在發(fā)電廠建設(shè)中,才能夠?qū)ξ覈陌l(fā)電廠建設(shè)產(chǎn)生促進(jìn)作用。然后以阿爾斯通公司的實際運用項目為例,對其自身的發(fā)電廠工程項目模塊化建設(shè)經(jīng)驗進(jìn)行總結(jié),提出了模塊化實施的具體方法,為提高我國發(fā)電廠模塊化建設(shè)水平提供借鑒。將模塊化建設(shè)和常規(guī)建設(shè)進(jìn)行了直觀的數(shù)字對比,并采用了SWOT分析法對模塊化建設(shè)與管理進(jìn)行了總結(jié)。同時結(jié)合國內(nèi)外在發(fā)電廠工程項目模塊化建設(shè)和管理方面的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗,從我國發(fā)電廠建設(shè)的實際現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),找出我國發(fā)電廠工程項目模塊化建設(shè)與管理方面存在的不足并提出了相應(yīng)的對策,希望可以改善我國發(fā)電廠工程項目模塊化建設(shè)與管理的現(xiàn)狀,為我國電力行業(yè)的建設(shè)發(fā)展提供有力的保障。最后根據(jù)國內(nèi)外在發(fā)電廠工程項目模塊化建設(shè)與管理方面的發(fā)展趨勢,對發(fā)電廠模塊化建設(shè)與管理的研究提出展望。
[Abstract]:The construction site of conventional thermal power plants presents a busy scene of machine roaring and personnel shuttling. So many people work together with machines at the same time is the biggest feature of power plant construction in our country at present.So many segments, work at the same time, once there is a problem in one of the links, will lead to the other associated segment, the type of work stoppage, the serious problems will make the project project is postponed indefinitely.How to ensure the quality of the project can not only shorten the duration of the project, create benefits, but also achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.In recent years, with the increasing number of power plants in our country, the technical practice of modularization in the corresponding engineering construction has become more and more. In the process of large-scale engineering project construction, many professional fields are often involved.If these areas are divided into different specialized modules, using cluster systems becomes relatively simple.At the same time, the use of modularization not only greatly reduces the difficulty of management, but also improves the level of specialization.Based on the research background and significance of modular construction and management of power plant project, this paper compares the present situation of power plant construction in China with that of foreign countries, and points out the necessity of carrying out modularization construction in our country.The development of the concept of project management modularization has also been studied briefly. It can be seen that there is still a big gap between domestic and foreign countries in the application of project management modularization.The problems existing in the construction of conventional power plants are found out from the perspective of modularization and the reasons are analyzed.On the basis of these three principles, the implementation process of modular construction is described in detail, from modular design, modular prefabrication,Modular installation and modular project management to implement modularization, only in this way can the project modularization theory is correctly and comprehensively applied in the power plant construction, and can promote the power plant construction in our country.Then taking the practical application project of Alstom Company as an example, the experience of modularization construction of its own power plant project is summarized, and the concrete method of modularization implementation is put forward, which provides a reference for improving the modular construction level of power plant in our country.The modularization construction and conventional construction are compared intuitively, and the modular construction and management are summarized by SWOT analysis method.At the same time, based on the advanced experience in modular construction and management of power plant project at home and abroad, starting from the actual situation of power plant construction in China,In order to improve the current situation of modularization construction and management of power plant project in China, this paper finds out the shortcomings of modularization construction and management of power plant project and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in order to improve the current situation of modularization construction and management of power plant project in China.To provide a strong guarantee for the construction and development of the electric power industry in China.Finally, according to the development trend of modular construction and management of power plant project at home and abroad, the prospect of modular construction and management of power plant is put forward.
