【摘要】：美國和巴西自20世紀60年代以來在航天領域開展了較為密切的合作。美國積極尋求與巴西的航天合作不僅出于維護太空安全以及占據(jù)世界航天技術制高點的需要,還希望借此加強與巴西的關系以維持在拉丁美洲的影響力。對巴西而言,與美國的合作是提升本國航天實力的現(xiàn)實需求,是發(fā)展本國經濟、凸顯巴西拉美大國地位的必然選擇。巴美兩國在航天實力上的優(yōu)勢互補也推動了兩國的航天合作。兩國在國際空間站建設以及阿爾坎塔拉基地的使用問題等方面展開了合作,并通過雙邊合作機構及相關對話機制來加強合作。美巴航天合作客觀上促進了雙方的科技進步,但也使得巴西更加依賴于美國的航天技術,對巴西的國家主權構成了一定程度的損害。美國與巴西的航天合作為中國與巴西的航天合作提供了一些啟示,即中巴兩國不僅要擴大航天合作領域,加強航天機制建設,還要促進科技合作與經貿合作的有機結合,增強兩國航天科技的核心競爭力,以實現(xiàn)兩國航天合作的跨越式發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The United States and Brazil have cooperated more closely in space since the 1960 s.The United States is actively seeking space cooperation with Brazil not only to maintain space security and occupy the commanding heights of world space technology, but also to strengthen its relations with Brazil in order to maintain its influence in Latin America.For Brazil, cooperation with the United States is a real need to enhance its space capabilities, is a necessary choice to develop its own economy and highlight Brazil's status as a Latin American power.Pakistan and the United States in the space strength of complementary strengths also promoted the space cooperation between the two countries.The two countries have cooperated on the construction of the International Space Station and the use of the Alcantara base, and strengthened their cooperation through bilateral cooperation agencies and related dialogue mechanisms.The cooperation between the United States and Brazil has promoted the scientific and technological progress of both sides objectively, but it has also made Brazil more dependent on American space technology, which has caused a certain degree of damage to Brazil's national sovereignty.The space cooperation between the United States and Brazil has provided some enlightenment for the space cooperation between China and Brazil. That is, China and Brazil should not only expand the field of space cooperation and strengthen the construction of space mechanisms, but also promote the organic integration of scientific and technological cooperation with economic and trade cooperation.To enhance the core competitiveness of space science and technology between the two countries in order to achieve a leapfrog development of space cooperation between the two countries.
