【摘要】:隨著我國國民經(jīng)濟(jì)快速穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展和人民生活水平不斷的提高,我國的建筑業(yè)繼續(xù)呈現(xiàn)出高速發(fā)展的趨勢(shì),同時(shí),市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制進(jìn)一步完善,地區(qū)間保護(hù)壁壘日益弱化,外商外資不斷涌入,全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化格局已初步形成,這為我國施工企業(yè)跨出國門承攬工程提供了廣闊的舞臺(tái)和良好的外部環(huán)境,但國外建筑承包商的大踏步進(jìn)入,也必將加劇國內(nèi)建安市場(chǎng)的競爭。如何面對(duì)目前激烈的競爭形勢(shì),制定正確的競爭戰(zhàn)略,利用和擴(kuò)大自身優(yōu)勢(shì),直面挑戰(zhàn),主動(dòng)出擊,做大和做強(qiáng)自己,尋求新的生存和發(fā)展空間,已是我國施工企業(yè)面臨的事關(guān)生存和命運(yùn)的重要課題。企業(yè)市場(chǎng)競爭戰(zhàn)略的制定和實(shí)施對(duì)建筑安裝企業(yè)提高自身核心競爭力具有重要的意義。一個(gè)好的競爭戰(zhàn)略,可以為企業(yè)提供正確的發(fā)展導(dǎo)向,引導(dǎo)企業(yè)做大做強(qiáng),避免為追求短期利益而導(dǎo)致陷入戰(zhàn)略性誤區(qū)。本文進(jìn)行了企業(yè)競爭戰(zhàn)略理論的綜述,通過對(duì)競爭理論的發(fā)展歷程和每階段的主要觀點(diǎn)的介紹和對(duì)比,引出了本文所采用的波特競爭戰(zhàn)略理論,并較為詳細(xì)地論述了運(yùn)用該理論的合理性;文中選用建筑安裝行業(yè)中較典型的DR公司作為研究對(duì)象,從企業(yè)基本情況、企業(yè)文化、現(xiàn)階段實(shí)施的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略等角度對(duì)其進(jìn)行了分析,指出了當(dāng)前制約該公司發(fā)展所存在的實(shí)際問題;為更好的為企業(yè)制定競爭戰(zhàn)略提供了可靠的依據(jù)。本文對(duì)建筑安裝行業(yè)的宏觀環(huán)境和國內(nèi)此行業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì)進(jìn)行了梳理,并通過采用邁克爾·波特提出的五力模型理論對(duì)DR公司所處的產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,結(jié)合SWOT分析法客觀地解讀了DR公司當(dāng)前的機(jī)會(huì)與優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)與威脅,之后根據(jù)波特競爭理論,結(jié)合DR公司實(shí)際情況,提出了目標(biāo)聚焦情況下的低成本戰(zhàn)略,并為制定的戰(zhàn)略如何有效的實(shí)施提出了保障性措施。本文為DR公司制定的競爭戰(zhàn)略對(duì)施工企業(yè)提高整體綜合實(shí)力,在激烈的競爭中得以更好的生存和發(fā)展有較強(qiáng)的參考意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid and stable development of our national economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the construction industry in our country continues to show a trend of rapid development. At the same time, the market economy system is further improved, and the protection barriers between regions are increasingly weakened.With the continuous influx of foreign investment, the pattern of global economic integration has been initially formed, which provides a broad stage and a good external environment for Chinese construction enterprises to step out of the country to contract projects, but the construction contractors of foreign countries have stepped in with great strides.It is also bound to intensify the domestic Jian'an market competition.How to face the current fierce competition situation, formulate the correct competitive strategy, utilize and expand their own advantages, face up to the challenge, take the initiative to attack, make bigger and stronger themselves, and seek new living and development space.Construction enterprises in China are faced with an important issue related to survival and fate.The establishment and implementation of market competition strategy is of great significance for construction and installation enterprises to improve their core competitiveness.A good competitive strategy can provide a correct development direction for enterprises, guide enterprises to become bigger and stronger, and avoid falling into strategic misunderstandings in pursuit of short-term interests.This paper summarizes the theory of competition strategy of enterprises, through the introduction and comparison of the development of competition theory and the main viewpoints of each stage, leads to Porter's theory of competition strategy adopted in this paper.The rationality of the application of the theory is discussed in detail, and the typical Dr company in the construction and installation industry is selected as the research object, from the basic situation of the enterprise, the enterprise culture,This paper analyzes the current implementation of the enterprise strategy, points out the practical problems that restrict the development of the company, and provides a reliable basis for the enterprise to formulate the competitive strategy.In this paper, the macro environment of the construction and installation industry and the present situation and trend of the development of this industry in China are combed out, and the industrial environment of Dr Company is analyzed by adopting the five-force model theory put forward by Michael Porter.Combined with SWOT analysis, the paper objectively interprets the current opportunities and advantages, disadvantages and threats of Dr Company. Then, according to Porter's competition theory and the actual situation of Dr Company, the paper puts forward the low cost strategy under the condition of goal focusing.And for the formulation of the strategy how to effectively implement the security measures.The competitive strategy developed for Dr company in this paper is of great significance for the construction enterprises to improve their overall comprehensive strength and to survive and develop better in the fierce competition.
