【摘要】：如何提高軍工企業(yè)競爭力,很重要的一個環(huán)節(jié)是提升其研發(fā)管理能力,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程,因為從產(chǎn)品生命周期的前部開始著手,不僅可以提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和市場接受度,而且可以降低生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)的成本。HJ企業(yè)是一家生產(chǎn)軍工配套設(shè)備兼營集中控制裝置的國有企業(yè)。本文通過對該企業(yè)研發(fā)流程現(xiàn)狀分析,提出了該企業(yè)研發(fā)流程存在的問題與不足,并基于DMADV方法和軍工企業(yè)的特點,對產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程進行了優(yōu)化。六西格瑪理論及其方法是實現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量和營運優(yōu)越的高效工具。六西格瑪設(shè)計(Design For Six Sigma,簡稱DFSS)是一種信息驅(qū)動的六西格瑪系統(tǒng)方法,通常應(yīng)用于產(chǎn)品的早期開發(fā)過程,DFSS通過強調(diào)縮短設(shè)計,研發(fā)周期和降低新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)成本,實現(xiàn)高效能的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程,能準確的反應(yīng)客戶的要求。DMADV方法是DFSS的主要方法之一,是一個適用于用來解決目前沒有流程或者流程能力嚴重不足而新建流程的問題的方法。本文在對HJ企業(yè)現(xiàn)有研發(fā)流程的分析以及企業(yè)相關(guān)人員的訪談基礎(chǔ)上,明確了HJ企業(yè)現(xiàn)有研發(fā)流程優(yōu)化的方向,運用DMADV方法設(shè)計了新的研發(fā)流程。本文的研究結(jié)果對于HJ企業(yè)甚至整個行業(yè)的合理配置和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、強化企業(yè)管理、降低生產(chǎn)成本、提升競爭力,具有重要的實踐意義。
[Abstract]:How to improve the competitiveness of military enterprises is a very important part of improving their R & D management ability and optimizing the product R & D process, because starting from the front of the product life cycle, not only can the product quality and market acceptance be improved.HJ enterprise is a state-owned enterprise which produces the supporting equipment of the military industry and operates the centralized control device.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the R & D process of the enterprise, the problems and shortcomings of the R & D process of the enterprise are put forward, and the product R & D process is optimized based on the DMADV method and the characteristics of the military enterprise.Six Sigma theory and its method are efficient tools to achieve high quality and superior operation.Six Sigma Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) is an information-driven six sigma system method, which is usually used in the early development process of products by emphasizing shortening design, developing cycle and reducing the cost of new product development.It is one of the main methods of DFSS to realize the high efficiency product development process, which can accurately respond to customer's request. DMADV method is a suitable method to solve the problem that there is no process or the process capacity is seriously insufficient to create new process at present.Based on the analysis of the existing R & D process of HJ enterprise and the interview of related personnel, this paper clarifies the direction of the optimization of the existing R & D process of HJ enterprise, and designs a new R & D process by using DMADV method.The research results of this paper have important practical significance for HJ enterprise and even the whole industry to allocate reasonably and improve the product quality, strengthen the enterprise management, reduce the production cost and enhance the competitiveness.
