【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的背景下,國(guó)際化已成為中國(guó)眾多企業(yè)發(fā)展壯大所必須經(jīng)過的道路。在外資企業(yè)走進(jìn)中國(guó)的同時(shí),中國(guó)有實(shí)力的企業(yè)跨出國(guó)門,各自利用優(yōu)勢(shì)發(fā)展壯大,這將是一種資源整合的結(jié)果。特別是中國(guó)有實(shí)力的民營(yíng)企業(yè),更應(yīng)該把握好難得的機(jī)會(huì),利用跨國(guó)公司產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的機(jī)會(huì),主動(dòng)參與國(guó)際合作與競(jìng)爭(zhēng),以自身特有的創(chuàng)新與快速優(yōu)勢(shì),逐漸成長(zhǎng)為國(guó)際化的公司。本文從梳理國(guó)際化經(jīng)營(yíng)理論開始,確立了基于企業(yè)國(guó)際發(fā)展階段的國(guó)際化漸進(jìn)論是本文案例研究國(guó)際化發(fā)展舉措的分析思路。在介紹了造紙行業(yè)近年來(lái)的行業(yè)背景和分析了造紙行業(yè)的國(guó)際化發(fā)展?fàn)顩r后,本文詳細(xì)地剖析了太陽(yáng)紙業(yè)國(guó)際化發(fā)展的動(dòng)機(jī)和條件,具體研究了其國(guó)際化發(fā)展的舉措,發(fā)現(xiàn)民營(yíng)企業(yè)在國(guó)際化發(fā)展上具有創(chuàng)新和速度的優(yōu)勢(shì)。論文最后評(píng)估了國(guó)際化發(fā)展帶給太陽(yáng)紙業(yè)的各項(xiàng)績(jī)效,包括營(yíng)業(yè)規(guī)模增長(zhǎng)、出口銷售增長(zhǎng),財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)優(yōu)化和造紙?jiān)系膰?guó)際資源配置。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和激烈的國(guó)內(nèi)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)態(tài)勢(shì)下,太陽(yáng)紙業(yè)作為民營(yíng)企業(yè)發(fā)展國(guó)際化有其必然性,并且經(jīng)過多年國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施發(fā)展成為造紙行業(yè)民營(yíng)企業(yè)的領(lǐng)頭人。基于對(duì)于造紙行業(yè)民營(yíng)企業(yè)發(fā)展國(guó)際化鮮有研究的情況下,本文對(duì)于同行業(yè)的民營(yíng)企業(yè)建立全球戰(zhàn)略觀念來(lái)發(fā)展國(guó)際化,參與全球產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)做大做強(qiáng)上具有積極的意義。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, internationalization has become a necessary road for the development and growth of many enterprises in China.At the same time when the foreign-funded enterprises come into China, the powerful enterprises in China have stepped out of the country and developed and expanded with their respective advantages, which will be the result of the integration of resources.In particular, China's powerful private enterprises should take advantage of the rare opportunity to take advantage of the industrial restructuring opportunities of multinational corporations, take the initiative to participate in international cooperation and competition, and take advantage of their own unique innovation and rapid advantages.Gradually grow into an international company.This paper begins with the theory of international management, and establishes the theory of gradual internationalization based on the stage of enterprise's international development, which is the analysis thought of the case study of internationalization development.After introducing the background of paper industry in recent years and analyzing the development of internationalization of paper industry, this paper analyzes in detail the motive and condition of the internationalization development of Sun Paper Industry, and studies the measures of internationalization development in detail.It is found that private enterprises have the advantages of innovation and speed in the development of internationalization.Finally, the paper evaluates the achievements of the development of internationalization to Sun Paper, including the growth of business scale, the growth of export sales, the optimization of financial indexes and the allocation of international resources of paper raw materials.Under the situation of economic globalization and fierce domestic competition, it is inevitable for Sun Paper as a private enterprise to develop internationalization, and after many years of implementation of internationalization strategy, it has become the leader of private enterprises in papermaking industry.Based on the lack of research on the development and internationalization of private enterprises in paper industry, this paper has a positive significance for the private enterprises in the same industry to establish the global strategic concept to develop internationalization and participate in the global industrial competition.
