【摘要】：為剔除環(huán)境因素和隨機(jī)誤差對(duì)區(qū)域建筑業(yè)碳排放效率評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果的影響,采用三階段數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)法(DEA)對(duì)區(qū)域建筑業(yè)碳排放效率進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià).以非期望產(chǎn)出的建筑業(yè)碳排放替代建筑業(yè)能源消耗作為投入指標(biāo),并將能源結(jié)構(gòu)系數(shù)作為環(huán)境變量,建立基于三階段DEA的區(qū)域建筑業(yè)碳排放效率評(píng)價(jià)模型.以2003-2012年區(qū)域建筑業(yè)碳排放進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,研究結(jié)果表明:規(guī)模效率偏低是區(qū)域建筑業(yè)碳排放綜合效率不高的主要原因;經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)程度與建筑業(yè)碳排放技術(shù)效率相關(guān)性不大,但經(jīng)濟(jì)欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)建筑業(yè)碳排放的規(guī)模效率普遍較低;建筑業(yè)碳排放冗余最為顯著,累計(jì)冗余率達(dá)到0.38.
[Abstract]:In order to eliminate the influence of environmental factors and random errors on the evaluation results of regional construction industry carbon emission efficiency, the three-stage data envelopment method (DEAA) was used to evaluate the regional construction industry carbon emission efficiency.The energy consumption of construction industry is replaced by non-expected output carbon emissions, and the energy structure coefficient is taken as the environmental variable to establish the evaluation model of regional construction industry carbon emission efficiency based on three-stage DEA.Based on the empirical analysis of regional construction industry carbon emissions from 2003 to 2012, the results show that the low scale efficiency is the main reason for the low overall efficiency of regional construction industry carbon emissions, and the degree of economic development has little correlation with the technical efficiency of construction industry carbon emissions.However, the scale efficiency of construction industry carbon emissions is generally low in underdeveloped areas, and the redundancy of construction industry carbon emissions is the most significant, with a cumulative redundancy rate of 0.38.
