【摘要】：近年來,中國航天事業(yè)的發(fā)展,兩彈一星、載人航天事業(yè)、嫦娥一號等科技國防事業(yè)不斷蓬勃發(fā)展,在世界航天史上寫下了濃墨重彩的一筆。然而,當(dāng)前我國已經(jīng)進(jìn)入市場經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,其主要特征就是經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)以網(wǎng)絡(luò)化方式進(jìn)行動態(tài)擴(kuò)展、企業(yè)生產(chǎn)與組織形態(tài)不斷發(fā)生變化,當(dāng)前國民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和國防事業(yè)的發(fā)展過程中,對航天領(lǐng)域各個(gè)產(chǎn)品的科研生產(chǎn)要求越來越精細(xì),因此有必要對目前航天產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)管理模式進(jìn)行研究總結(jié),也是指導(dǎo)后續(xù)航天產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)制造的需要。本文針對當(dāng)前我國傳統(tǒng)管理體制下的航天型號項(xiàng)目發(fā)展所存在的問題,從矩陣管理模式分析入手,結(jié)合航天企業(yè)實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行分析研究,將矩陣組織管理模式運(yùn)用到我國航天企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理,以解決當(dāng)前航天企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理存在的弊端。本文首先論述了論文提出的背景以及研究的目的和意義,并就矩陣組織相關(guān)理論的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀和本文所涉及的相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了闡述,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對國際一流航天軍工企業(yè)的矩陣管理實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了介紹,并就矩陣管理對我國航天型號項(xiàng)目管理的啟示進(jìn)行總結(jié);其次,對矩陣管理理論以及我國航天型號項(xiàng)目的管理特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了論述,并就矩陣管理模式下航天企業(yè)型號項(xiàng)目的管理所存在問題進(jìn)行了分析;再次,本文對矩陣管理下的航天企業(yè)的型號項(xiàng)目管理模式進(jìn)行了構(gòu)建,并對具體的矩陣管理機(jī)制進(jìn)行了闡述;最后,本文提出了運(yùn)用矩陣管理完善航天型號項(xiàng)目管理的保障措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of China's space industry, such as two bombs and one satellite, manned spaceflight, Chang 'e-1, and other scientific and technological national defense undertakings, has continued to flourish. At present, our country has entered the era of market economy, its main characteristic is the dynamic expansion of the economic system in the way of network, the continuous changes in the production and organization of enterprises, and the development of the current national economy and national defense. The requirements for scientific research and production of various products in the aerospace field are becoming more and more sophisticated, so it is necessary to study and summarize the current production management model of aerospace products. It is also the need to guide the production and manufacture of subsequent spaceflight products. Aiming at the problems existing in the development of spaceflight model projects under the traditional management system of our country, this paper starts with the analysis of matrix management mode. According to the actual situation of aerospace enterprises, the matrix organization management model is applied to the production management of Chinese aerospace enterprises. In order to solve the problems existing in the production management of spaceflight enterprises, this paper first discusses the background of the paper and the purpose and significance of the research. The research status of matrix organization theory at home and abroad and the related concepts involved in this paper are expounded. On this basis, the matrix management practice of international first-class aerospace military enterprises is introduced. Secondly, the theory of matrix management and the characteristics of Chinese aerospace project management are discussed. The paper also analyzes the problems existing in the model project management of aerospace enterprises under the matrix management mode. Thirdly, this paper constructs the model project management model of the aerospace enterprises under the matrix management. Finally, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures to perfect the space model project management by using matrix management.
