【摘要】：文章分析了中原油田實施海外發(fā)展的背景與條件,回顧中原油田20年"走出去"戰(zhàn)略的成果,通過與國外大型油田服務公司、國內(nèi)民營油服公司進行對標,進行SWOT分析,以此探索海外闖市場的成功之處與戰(zhàn)略方法,提出合理化建議,可供我國其他石油、工程企業(yè)走出國門借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the background and conditions of the overseas development of Zhongyuan Oilfield, reviews the achievements of the "going out" strategy of Zhongyuan Oilfield in 20 years, and makes a SWOT analysis with foreign large oil field service companies and domestic private oil clothing companies. In order to explore the success and strategic method of breaking into the overseas market, the paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions, which can be used for reference by other petroleum and engineering enterprises in China.
