【摘要】：在信息技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展的今天,世界各發(fā)達(dá)國家對于信息化的發(fā)展都顯示出極大的熱情,紛紛加快各自步伐搶占信息化發(fā)展的制高點(diǎn),并且根據(jù)本國特點(diǎn)制定了有較強(qiáng)針對性的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,我國政府也逐漸明晰了本國的信息化戰(zhàn)略并一再提升其戰(zhàn)略地位。自此,云終端的概念和技術(shù)也逐漸進(jìn)入人們的視野,云終端享有低碳環(huán)保、節(jié)能減排、低成本以及低資源浪費(fèi)等優(yōu)點(diǎn),近年來,已成為信息化行業(yè)的熱門研究方向。本文根據(jù)信息化戰(zhàn)略制定的相關(guān)理論,以中石化青島公司為研究對象,通過相關(guān)戰(zhàn)略分析工具,利用PEST分析方法、內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析方法、SWOT分析工具等對企業(yè)所處外部環(huán)境及內(nèi)部環(huán)境,所面臨的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機(jī)會和威脅進(jìn)行分析,得到企業(yè)的四種戰(zhàn)略,最終站在企業(yè)高管角度從青島公司實(shí)際角度出發(fā)確定了ST戰(zhàn)略。結(jié)合對云終端的研究,提出基于云終端的信息化戰(zhàn)略研究,云終端虛擬化的提出將節(jié)能減排與信息化進(jìn)行了有效的關(guān)聯(lián),隨著云技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,勢必成為能源公司站穩(wěn)腳跟的助推器。本文結(jié)合青島公司的信息化戰(zhàn)略定位與目標(biāo),確定信息化核心需求,并從技術(shù)、財(cái)務(wù)、銷售等方面利用大量數(shù)據(jù)對當(dāng)前企業(yè)所面臨的高昂信息設(shè)備采購成本進(jìn)行了分析,進(jìn)而提出了終端虛擬化的概念,并對終端虛擬化項(xiàng)目的可行性進(jìn)行了闡述,將傳統(tǒng)PC機(jī)與云終端項(xiàng)目在成本控制、提高市場占有率方面進(jìn)行了比較,給出了一個(gè)基于云終端的信息化戰(zhàn)略框架。最后提出了在實(shí)施過程中的諸多保障措施,及后期控制方面的注意事項(xiàng)。中石化的信息化發(fā)展已走在了同行業(yè)的前列,本文是站在中石化青島公司現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上提出的更高一步的信息化戰(zhàn)略,對于行業(yè)內(nèi)其他大中小企業(yè)來說,都是一種指導(dǎo),并對其信息化發(fā)展提供了一定的借鑒、參考價(jià)值,帶動石化行業(yè)信息化發(fā)展的整體水平,讓信息化助推石化行業(yè)更快更好地發(fā)展。最后本文進(jìn)行了總結(jié),分析了本文中的不足,闡述了信息化戰(zhàn)略的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展,并對下階段的研究工作做了展望。
[Abstract]:Today, with the rapid development of information technology, the developed countries in the world have shown great enthusiasm for the development of information technology, and have accelerated their own steps to seize the commanding height of the development of information technology. According to the characteristics of our country, we have formulated a development strategy with strong pertinence, and our government has gradually clarified our country's information strategy and promoted its strategic position again and again. Since then, the concept and technology of cloud terminal have gradually come into people's view. Cloud terminal has the advantages of low carbon environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction, low cost and low waste of resources. In recent years, it has become a hot research direction in the information industry. Taking Qingdao Company of Sinopec as the research object, the advantages and disadvantages of the external environment and internal environment of the enterprise are analyzed by using the relevant strategic analysis tools, the PEST analysis method and the internal environment analysis method, etc. After analyzing the opportunities and threats, four strategies of the enterprise are obtained, and finally, the St strategy is determined from the perspective of the Qingdao company from the perspective of the enterprise executives. Combined with the research on the cloud terminal, the paper puts forward the research of the information strategy based on the cloud terminal. With the continuous development of cloud technology, cloud terminal virtualization will be an effective link between energy saving and emission reduction and information technology, which is bound to become a booster for energy companies to stand firm. To determine the core requirements of information technology, and from the technical, financial, sales and other aspects of the use of a large number of data to the current enterprise facing the high cost of information equipment procurement, and then put forward the concept of terminal virtualization, The feasibility of the terminal virtualization project is expounded. The cost control and market share of the traditional PC and cloud terminal project are compared. A strategic framework of information technology based on cloud terminal is given. Finally, many safeguard measures in the process of implementation and matters needing attention in later period control are put forward. The informatization development of Sinopec has been in the forefront of the same industry. This paper is based on the status quo of Sinopec Qingdao Company to put forward a higher information strategy, for other large and medium-sized enterprises in the industry, are a kind of guidance, and provide a certain reference for the development of its information, reference value, To promote the overall level of the development of petrochemical industry informatization, to promote the petrochemical industry faster and better development. Finally, this paper summarized, analyzed the shortcomings of this paper, elaborated the sustainable development of information strategy, The research work in the next stage is prospected.
