【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化使全球戰(zhàn)略發(fā)生了深刻變化,各國或地區(qū)加快了產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型步伐。當(dāng)前,戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型己經(jīng)成為中國技術(shù)密集型企業(yè)的一致選擇。技術(shù)日益成為戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的主要驅(qū)動力。在產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型背景下研究技術(shù)密集型企業(yè)競爭力的提升具有明顯的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。技術(shù)密集型企業(yè)的發(fā)展日益成為一國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展的主要驅(qū)動力,技術(shù)密集型企業(yè)的重要作用隨著市場競爭進(jìn)一步加劇,技術(shù)密集型企業(yè)能否在激烈的競爭中繼續(xù)保持其競爭優(yōu)勢,關(guān)鍵在于企業(yè)的競爭力。在這種情況下,迫切需要我們對技術(shù)密集型企業(yè)的競爭力進(jìn)行研究,尋求提升其競爭力的競爭策略。本研究在對技術(shù)密集型企業(yè)的具體分析的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了我國技術(shù)密集型企業(yè)在研發(fā)創(chuàng)新、市場競爭能力的現(xiàn)狀。結(jié)合我國產(chǎn)業(yè)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型的背景,以貴州省部分技術(shù)密集型企業(yè)為例,分析了部分技術(shù)密集型企業(yè)的競爭力現(xiàn)狀,從企業(yè)競爭力基礎(chǔ)理論入手,針對技術(shù)密集型企業(yè)的特點(diǎn)構(gòu)建了評價(jià)技術(shù)密集型企業(yè)競爭力的指標(biāo)體系,并分別運(yùn)用基于因素分析的多層主成分分析法對部分技術(shù)密集型企業(yè)進(jìn)行了競爭力的評價(jià)和比較,對15家技術(shù)密集型企業(yè)的競爭力做出了一個排名。由于選取的企業(yè)是有限的,所計(jì)算出的排名可能也與權(quán)威部門所測算的結(jié)果有所出入。但是本研究希望,一方面通過評價(jià)和比較這些技術(shù)密集型企業(yè)競爭力的差距找到具體的問題所在,另一方面針對技術(shù)密集型企業(yè)競爭力的優(yōu)劣勢提出了提升競爭力的競爭策略。最后一方面,能給未來的研究者提供一些線索。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization has brought about profound changes in global strategy, and countries or regions have quickened the pace of industrial strategic transformation. Strategic transformation has become the consistent choice of technology-intensive enterprises in China. Technology is increasingly becoming the main driving force of strategic transformation. Under the background of industrial transformation, it has obvious reality to study the promotion of competitiveness of technology-intensive enterprises. Significance. The development of technology-intensive enterprises is increasingly becoming the main driving force for the development of a country's economy, As the market competition intensifies, the key for technology-intensive enterprises to maintain their competitive advantage in the fierce competition lies in the competitiveness of the enterprises. There is an urgent need for us to study the competitiveness of technology-intensive enterprises and to seek competitive strategies to enhance their competitiveness. Based on the specific analysis of technology-intensive enterprises, this study analyzes the R & D innovation of technology-intensive enterprises in China. Based on the background of China's industrial strategic transformation, taking some technology-intensive enterprises in Guizhou Province as an example, this paper analyzes the competitive status of some technology-intensive enterprises, starting with the basic theory of enterprise competitiveness. According to the characteristics of technology-intensive enterprises, this paper constructs an index system to evaluate the competitiveness of technology-intensive enterprises, and evaluates and compares the competitiveness of some technology-intensive enterprises by using multi-layer principal component analysis based on factor analysis. A ranking of the competitiveness of 15 technology-intensive enterprises has been made. Since the selected firms are limited, the rankings calculated may also differ from those calculated by the authorities. On the one hand, by evaluating and comparing the gap between the competitiveness of these technology-intensive enterprises to find the specific problems, on the other hand, put forward competitive strategies to enhance the competitiveness of technology-intensive enterprises. Can give future researchers some clues.
