【摘要】：隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟的增長與建筑行業(yè)的進步,A省的建筑業(yè)也在蓬勃發(fā)展。以工程項目管理為核心的建筑行業(yè)新型經(jīng)營管理機制,為工程咨詢企業(yè)提高市場競爭優(yōu)勢奠定了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。為了提高A省M建筑設(shè)計研究院項目管理的水平與能力,實現(xiàn)M設(shè)計院大經(jīng)營、大管理、大協(xié)調(diào)的目標,提出了在M設(shè)計院實施拓展工程項目管理業(yè)務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略。本文在認真分析當前建筑行業(yè)面臨的機遇與挑戰(zhàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,指出M設(shè)計院建立拓展工程項目管理戰(zhàn)略模式的必要性。為論證在M設(shè)計院開展拓展工程項目管理業(yè)務(wù)的可行性,運用SWOT工具對M設(shè)計院現(xiàn)有的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和經(jīng)營管理模式進行了深入分析,并具體從總體業(yè)務(wù)與細分業(yè)務(wù)兩個層面對M設(shè)計院拓展工程項目管理業(yè)務(wù)的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展策略進行了規(guī)劃,同時以工程項目管理與監(jiān)理業(yè)務(wù)為例通過介紹兩種業(yè)務(wù)之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系,進而指出對二者進行組合的可行性與合理性,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了業(yè)務(wù)組合的具體方法與組合戰(zhàn)略。另外,為增強拓展后的工程項目管理監(jiān)理部門的核心能力,本文從多個層面分析了組合后的部門業(yè)務(wù)核心能力建設(shè)的具體方法與措施。為論證M設(shè)計院拓展工程項目管理業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略的有效性,將該拓展工程項目管理業(yè)務(wù)方法運用于M設(shè)計院承接的都市花園改造項目的實踐中。項目實踐結(jié)果表明,業(yè)務(wù)組合能夠有效地提高項目管理的效率,最終推動項目順利進展。通過本文的理論基礎(chǔ)論證與實踐研究,本文有關(guān)于建筑設(shè)計院向咨詢管理公司轉(zhuǎn)型升級,并且拓展相關(guān)工程項目管理業(yè)務(wù)的實際方法與過程,同時獲得項目管理業(yè)務(wù)市場份額的建議,也可被同行業(yè)中有同樣戰(zhàn)略目標的監(jiān)理企業(yè)所參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the growth of social economy and the progress of construction industry in China, the construction industry of A province is also booming. The new management mechanism of construction industry, which takes project management as the core, In order to improve the level and ability of project management of M Institute of Architectural Design and Research in Province A, we can realize the goal of management, management and coordination of M Design Institute. This paper puts forward the strategy of expanding the project management business in M Design Institute. Based on the analysis of the opportunities and challenges faced by the current construction industry, This paper points out the necessity of establishing the strategic mode of project management in M design institute, and proves the feasibility of developing project management business in M design institute. The present business development and management mode of M Design Institute are analyzed by using SWOT tool. The strategic development strategy of M design institute to expand project management business is planned from two aspects of overall business and subdivision business. Meanwhile, taking engineering project management and supervision business as an example, the paper introduces the relationship between the two kinds of business. Furthermore, the feasibility and rationality of combining the two are pointed out, and on this basis, the concrete method and strategy of business combination are analyzed. In addition, in order to enhance the core competence of the expanded engineering project management supervision department, This paper analyzes the concrete methods and measures of building the core competence of the combined department business from many aspects. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of M design institute's expanding project management business strategy, The extended project management business method is applied to the practice of the urban garden renovation project undertaken by M Design Institute. The project practice results show that the business combination can effectively improve the efficiency of project management. Through the theoretical foundation and practical research, this paper has some practical methods and processes for the transformation and upgrading of the building design institute to consulting management company, and to expand the related engineering project management business. At the same time, the suggestion of obtaining market share of project management business can also be used for reference by supervision enterprises with the same strategic objectives in the same industry.
