【摘要】：地方保護(hù)造成的市場分割為資本配置效率影響因素區(qū)域差異的客觀存在提供可能。文章利用1999-2012年中國省際工業(yè)行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)對工業(yè)資本配置效率及影響因素的區(qū)域差異進(jìn)行考察發(fā)現(xiàn):中國工業(yè)資本配置效率區(qū)域差異顯著,東部和西部各省工業(yè)資本配置效率普遍高于中部;東、中、西部地區(qū)工業(yè)資本配置效率影響因素表現(xiàn)出區(qū)域差異;政府財政支持和較高的市場化程度對東部工業(yè)資本配置效率具有促進(jìn)作用,西部由于政府政策性投資推動,工業(yè)資本配置效率存在一定程度高估,市場化程度提高對其虛高的資本配置效率具有修正作用;銀行業(yè)金融發(fā)展對工業(yè)資本配置效率具有顯著促進(jìn)作用,股票交易規(guī)模與資本配置效率負(fù)相關(guān),保險對資本配置效率影響不顯著,股票市值僅對東部工業(yè)資本配置效率具有積極影響,對中西部影響不顯著。
[Abstract]:The market segmentation caused by local protection provides the possibility for the objective existence of regional differences in the influencing factors of capital allocation efficiency. This paper makes use of the provincial industrial industry data of China from 1999 to 2012 to make use of the regional difference of industrial capital allocation efficiency and influencing factors. It is found that there are significant regional differences in the efficiency of industrial capital allocation in China. The industrial capital allocation efficiency in the eastern and western provinces is generally higher than that in the central, eastern, central and western regions, and the factors affecting the industrial capital allocation efficiency in the eastern, middle and western regions show regional differences. The financial support of the government and the higher degree of marketization promote the efficiency of industrial capital allocation in the eastern part of the country, and the industrial capital allocation efficiency is overestimated to a certain extent in the western part of the country because of the promotion of government policy investment. The improvement of marketization degree has a correction effect on its fictitious capital allocation efficiency, the banking financial development has a significant promoting effect on the industrial capital allocation efficiency, and the scale of stock trading is negatively correlated with the capital allocation efficiency. Insurance has no significant effect on the efficiency of capital allocation, while market value has only a positive effect on the efficiency of industrial capital allocation in the east, but not on the central and western regions.
