【摘要】：我國技術創(chuàng)新發(fā)展較晚且進步緩慢,創(chuàng)新機制不甚完善,使得我國自主技術創(chuàng)新的成功率較發(fā)達國家相比有較大的差距。調查顯示,制約我國自主技術創(chuàng)新成功的一大因素就是企業(yè)對技術創(chuàng)新項口風險管理的把控能力較弱。因而為提高我國自主技術創(chuàng)新水平,必須對技術創(chuàng)新過程中風險的識別、評價、處理有一定系統(tǒng)性認識,提高企業(yè)的風險管理水平。本文以山東龍力生物科技股份有限公司的自主技術創(chuàng)新項目——纖維廢渣生產(chǎn)乙醇技術項目為研究對象,采用比較分析法、實證分析法進行研究。本文通過分析和梳理國內(nèi)外有關自主技術創(chuàng)新項目風險管理的研究成果,系統(tǒng)介紹了自主技術創(chuàng)新項目的特點。根據(jù)自主技術創(chuàng)新項目的特點本文對纖維廢渣生產(chǎn)乙醇技術項目的風險進行深入分析,論述了該自主技術創(chuàng)新項目所需要重點關注的風險,提出適用的風險評價指標體系,并提出人工神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡與敏感性分析法相結合的風險評價模型,運用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡建立風險預警模型,給出風險處理方法。本文對纖維廢渣生產(chǎn)乙醇技術項目的風險進行了全面識別和分析并提出應對措施,旨在形成一套具有針對性的,對自主創(chuàng)新項目行之有效的項目風險管理理論,提高龍力集團自主創(chuàng)新項目的風險管理水平,進而提高其創(chuàng)新成功率,避免資源的浪費。
[Abstract]:The development of technological innovation in our country is late and the progress is slow, and the innovation mechanism is not very perfect, which makes the success rate of independent technological innovation of our country bigger than that of the developed countries. One of the major factors restricting the success of independent technological innovation in China is the weak control ability of enterprises to manage the risks of technological innovation. Therefore, in order to improve the level of independent technological innovation in China, it is necessary to identify and evaluate the risks in the process of technological innovation. This paper takes the independent technological innovation project of Shandong Longli Biotechnology Co., Ltd-fiber waste residue to produce ethanol technology project as the research object, and adopts comparative analysis method. By analyzing and combing the domestic and foreign research results of independent technological innovation project risk management, The characteristics of the independent technology innovation project are introduced systematically. According to the characteristics of the independent technology innovation project, the risk of the technology project of producing ethanol from fiber waste residue is analyzed in depth. This paper discusses the risk that the independent technology innovation project needs to pay attention to, puts forward the applicable risk evaluation index system, and puts forward the risk evaluation model combining artificial neural network and sensitivity analysis method. The risk early warning model is established by BP neural network, and the risk treatment method is given. In this paper, the risk of ethanol production from fiber waste is comprehensively identified and analyzed, and the corresponding measures are put forward in order to form a set of pertinence. The effective theory of project risk management for independent innovation project can improve the risk management level of independent innovation project of Longli Group, and then improve its success rate of innovation and avoid the waste of resources.
