【摘要】：運用超效率網(wǎng)絡SBM模型和DEA窗口分析法,對全國30個省市規(guī)模以上工業(yè)企業(yè)的知識產(chǎn)權運營效率進行研究分析,通過研究知識產(chǎn)權的研發(fā)和轉(zhuǎn)化兩個階段,發(fā)現(xiàn)我國區(qū)域工業(yè)企業(yè)知識產(chǎn)權運營的整體效率以及研發(fā)和轉(zhuǎn)化兩個階段效率都比較低,區(qū)域之間的知識產(chǎn)權運營效率呈現(xiàn)較為明顯的階梯變化且與地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平成正相關。因此,提出應該優(yōu)化區(qū)域資源配置,加強不同區(qū)域之間知識產(chǎn)權運營協(xié)同發(fā)展的建議。
[Abstract]:By using the SBM model of super-efficiency network and the DEA window analysis method, this paper studies and analyzes the operation efficiency of intellectual property rights of industrial enterprises in 30 provinces and cities in China. Through the research and development and transformation of intellectual property rights, there are two stages of intellectual property rights development and transformation. It is found that the overall efficiency of intellectual property operation and the efficiency of R & D and transformation of regional industrial enterprises in China are relatively low. The operation efficiency of intellectual property among regions shows obvious ladder changes and is positively related to the level of regional economic development. Therefore, it is suggested that the allocation of regional resources should be optimized and the coordinated development of intellectual property operation among different regions should be strengthened.
