深圳市制造業(yè)碳減排路徑研究

【摘要】:深圳市制造業(yè)碳排放約占當(dāng)前深圳市排放總量的三分之一,制造業(yè)的減排對于全市實現(xiàn)碳排放峰值至關(guān)重要。文章以深圳市制造業(yè)500家企業(yè)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),篩選出57項可實施的節(jié)能減排技術(shù),分析這些技術(shù)2030年可能的減排潛力和成本。結(jié)果表明,2030年57項技術(shù)的碳減排潛力約為2 891.3萬噸CO2,其對應(yīng)投資額為582.6億元。控制管理技術(shù)、注塑技術(shù)及溫控技術(shù)三類技術(shù)占潛力的三分之二。最后采用最優(yōu)化數(shù)學(xué)方法進(jìn)行建模,探究了深圳市制造業(yè)碳減排的最優(yōu)路徑。
[Abstract]:Manufacturing carbon emissions in Shenzhen account for about 1/3 of the total emission in Shenzhen at present, and the emission reduction in manufacturing industry is of great importance to the realization of peak carbon emissions in the whole city. This paper is based on the survey data of 500 manufacturing enterprises in Shenzhen. 57 feasible energy-saving and emission reduction technologies were selected, and the potential and cost of these technologies were analyzed in 2030. The results show that the carbon emission reduction potential of 57 technologies in 2030 is about 2 8.913 million tons of CO2, and the corresponding investment is 58.26 billion yuan. Injection molding technology and temperature control technology account for 2/3 of the potential. Finally, the optimal path of carbon emission reduction in Shenzhen manufacturing industry is explored by using the optimal mathematical method.
