【摘要】：【目的】我國(guó)糖企經(jīng)營(yíng)效益反映了我國(guó)糖業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,因此本文通過(guò)探討我國(guó)上市糖企的綜合效益、技術(shù)效益和規(guī)模效益來(lái)對(duì)我國(guó)糖業(yè)的發(fā)展給出分析和建議�！痉椒ā勘疚牟捎昧顺蔇EA及Tobit回歸模型對(duì)我國(guó)糖企進(jìn)行了研究�！窘Y(jié)果】從2013年至2014年的分析可得:總股本、制糖業(yè)占企業(yè)主營(yíng)收入比例、研發(fā)支出占營(yíng)業(yè)收入比例、大專及以上學(xué)歷者、流動(dòng)比率及股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)與上市糖企的經(jīng)營(yíng)績(jī)效關(guān)系明顯�！窘Y(jié)論】以食糖業(yè)為主的企業(yè)發(fā)展應(yīng)該兼顧以甘蔗為主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)的多元化,而以糖替代品為主的企業(yè)則應(yīng)以擴(kuò)大規(guī)模為主要發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:[objective] the benefit of sugar enterprises in China reflects the development of sugar industry in China, so this paper discusses the comprehensive benefits of sugar enterprises listed in China. [methods] the super-efficiency DEA and Tobit regression models were used to study the sugar enterprises in China. [results] from 2013 to 2014, the total stock capital was obtained. Sugar industry accounts for the proportion of the main income of the enterprise, R & D expenditure accounts for the proportion of operating income, college degree or above, The relationship between the flow ratio and ownership structure and the operating performance of listed sugar enterprises is obvious. [conclusion] the development of sugar industry should take sugarcane as the dominant industry. The sugar substitutes should be the main development direction of the enterprises to expand the scale.
