【摘要】：開展質(zhì)量管理體系建立是幫助企業(yè)提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、控制質(zhì)量成本、降低經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、增強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力的重要途徑之一。為此,中國(guó)各行業(yè)的企業(yè)引入了以IS09000族為代表的各類質(zhì)量管理體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn),軌道交通裝備制造行業(yè)也先后引入了IS09000族質(zhì)量管理體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和IRIS質(zhì)量管理體系標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。然而在質(zhì)量管理體系運(yùn)行的實(shí)踐中,不少企業(yè)都出現(xiàn)了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)難以落地,管理難出實(shí)效的現(xiàn)象。本文嘗試從管理實(shí)踐出發(fā),借著企業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)重組,重新建立IRIS質(zhì)量管理體系的契機(jī),通過(guò)調(diào)查法、比較分析法、文獻(xiàn)研究法等研究方法,研究在C公司重新建立一套更具符合性和有效性的IRIS質(zhì)量管理體系的方法。首先,本文簡(jiǎn)要介紹了國(guó)內(nèi)外質(zhì)量管理體系研究現(xiàn)狀；其次,本文較為系統(tǒng)地介紹了IS09000族和IRIS質(zhì)量管理體系；接著,本文較為詳細(xì)地介紹了IRIS檢查表以及如何運(yùn)用IRIS檢查表這一工具客觀地分析和評(píng)價(jià)C公司的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中的問(wèn)題點(diǎn)和薄弱環(huán)節(jié)；然后,本文介紹了如何通過(guò)同行企業(yè)調(diào)查、咨詢公司輔導(dǎo)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)研究等途徑針對(duì)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題提出改進(jìn)方法,并給出了C公司質(zhì)量管理體系重建計(jì)劃及實(shí)施結(jié)果；最后,本文針對(duì)IRIS質(zhì)量管理體系中的工序轉(zhuǎn)包管理、特殊工序管理、知識(shí)管理和配置管理這4個(gè)難點(diǎn)給出了管理模式。本文有助于鐵路裝備制造行業(yè)的企業(yè)建立IRIS質(zhì)量管理體系或改進(jìn)IRIS質(zhì)量管理體系運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)于其它行業(yè)企業(yè)的質(zhì)量管理體系建立和改進(jìn)也具有借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The establishment of quality management system is one of the important ways to help enterprises improve the quality of products, control the cost of quality, reduce the risk of operation and enhance the competitive strength of the market. Enterprises in various industries in China have introduced various quality management system standards represented by the IS09000 family. The rail transit equipment manufacturing industry has also introduced IS09000 family quality management system standard and IRIS quality management system standard successively. However, in the practice of quality management system operation, many enterprises have found that standards are difficult to fall into the ground. Based on the management practice, this paper attempts to re-establish the IRIS quality management system by taking advantage of the reorganization of enterprises, and through the methods of investigation, comparative analysis, literature research, etc. This paper studies the methods of re-establishing a more conformance and effective IRIS quality management system in C Company. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the research status of quality management system at home and abroad; secondly, This paper systematically introduces the IS09000 family and the IRIS quality management system, and then introduces the IRIS checklist and how to objectively analyze and evaluate the quality management status of C Company by using the IRIS Checklist tool. Then, this paper introduces how to improve the problem through peer enterprise investigation, consulting company counseling, standard research and so on. The reconstruction plan and implementation results of quality management system in C Company are given. Finally, this paper aims at the subcontracting management of working procedure and special process management in IRIS quality management system. The four difficult points of knowledge management and configuration management are given in this paper. This paper is helpful to establish IRIS quality management system or improve the running status of IRIS quality management system in railway equipment manufacturing industry. It also has reference significance for the establishment and improvement of quality management system in other industries and enterprises.
