【摘要】:甘孜州電力開(kāi)發(fā)公司從成立至今沒(méi)有制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。企業(yè)如何利用甘孜州內(nèi)水電資源,加快水電經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,制定適合企業(yè)的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及目標(biāo),是電開(kāi)公司急迫的具有重大意義的研究課題。研究企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,能正確制定電開(kāi)公司的發(fā)展方向和發(fā)展目標(biāo),制定公司的行動(dòng)指南,使公司在復(fù)雜的環(huán)境中得以發(fā)展和壯大,從而可持續(xù)地實(shí)現(xiàn)水電經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展目標(biāo)。本研究借用戰(zhàn)略研究的基本理論和工具,通過(guò)波特的五力分析,利用PEST方法和SWOT分析工具,對(duì)電開(kāi)公司進(jìn)入水電資源開(kāi)發(fā)的壁壘,買賣雙方的議價(jià)能力,行業(yè)間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),替代產(chǎn)品等進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為企業(yè)開(kāi)發(fā)水電資源機(jī)遇較好,正當(dāng)其時(shí)。同時(shí)對(duì)電開(kāi)公司所處于的內(nèi)、外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,認(rèn)為在已沒(méi)有水電資源的情況下,從現(xiàn)有的水電政策中去尋找企業(yè)發(fā)展所需要的資源,從而抓住發(fā)展的機(jī)遇。對(duì)公司的優(yōu)劣、機(jī)會(huì)、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的分析,認(rèn)為企業(yè)發(fā)展機(jī)會(huì)大于風(fēng)險(xiǎn),應(yīng)加快水電經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展速度。通過(guò)分析為公司制定戰(zhàn)略提供了依據(jù),從而制定了公司的戰(zhàn)略和目標(biāo),并就實(shí)施戰(zhàn)略和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)指出了路徑。
[Abstract]:Since its establishment, Ganzi Electric Power Development Company has not formulated its development strategy and strategic objectives. How to make use of the hydropower resources in Ganzi Prefecture, speed up the development of hydropower economy, and formulate suitable development strategies and objectives for the enterprises, Research on enterprise strategy can correctly formulate the development direction and development goal of the company, formulate the company's action guide, and enable the company to develop and grow in a complex environment. In order to achieve the sustainable development goal of hydropower economy, this study uses the basic theory and tools of strategic research, through Porter's five-force analysis, using PEST method and SWOT analysis tool, to the barrier of electric power company to enter hydropower resources development. Based on the analysis of the bargaining power of the buyers and sellers, the competition between the industries, and the substitute products, it is considered that the opportunity for enterprises to develop hydropower resources is better and the time is right. At the same time, the internal and external environment of the electric power company is analyzed. Under the condition that there are no hydropower resources, the paper finds out the resources needed for the development of enterprises from the existing hydropower policies, so as to seize the opportunities for development. The analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and risks of the companies shows that the development opportunities of the enterprises are greater than the risks. The paper provides the basis for the company to formulate the strategy, and then formulates the strategy and goal of the company, and points out the way to implement the strategy and the strategic goal.
