【摘要】：實(shí)施"心田工程",是勝利油田黨委做好新時(shí)期思想政治工作的有效手段。黃河鉆井五公司黨委創(chuàng)新實(shí)施"心田五法",即心田培育法;心田融入法;心田滋潤(rùn)法;心田激勵(lì)法;心田鞏固法。鉆頭文化是黃河鉆井五公司在生產(chǎn)建設(shè)和經(jīng)營(yíng)管理實(shí)踐中,由領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體大力倡導(dǎo),職工群眾廣泛認(rèn)同、普遍接受并長(zhǎng)期實(shí)踐所形成的企業(yè)精神、價(jià)值觀念、道德原則、行為規(guī)范、產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、企業(yè)環(huán)境、信譽(yù)形象等的綜合。在此基礎(chǔ)上,他們圍繞鉆頭文化的豐富和延伸,大力實(shí)施理論創(chuàng)新、管理創(chuàng)新、理念創(chuàng)新、制度創(chuàng)新和載體活動(dòng)創(chuàng)新"五項(xiàng)創(chuàng)新"工程。實(shí)施"心田五法"是公司鉆頭文化的一項(xiàng)創(chuàng)新,堅(jiān)持把以人為本、人文關(guān)懷具體化,認(rèn)真研究解決員工群眾最關(guān)心、最直接、最現(xiàn)實(shí)的利益問(wèn)題,多做解疑釋惑、理順情緒、平衡心理、化解矛盾的實(shí)事,更好地發(fā)揮新時(shí)期思想政治工作的保駕護(hù)航作用,使公司上下更加"心齊、氣順、勁足、家和",推進(jìn)公司和諧發(fā)展。
