【摘要】:近年來,我國家具業(yè)一路高歌猛進(jìn),其行業(yè)規(guī)模和行業(yè)產(chǎn)值隨著城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)步伐的加快和人們生活水平的不斷提高,一直保持著快速穩(wěn)定的增長。經(jīng)過幾十年的發(fā)展,家具市場已經(jīng)發(fā)生了很大的變化,競爭日趨激烈,行業(yè)整合正在進(jìn)行,而在激烈的市場競爭中,能夠勝出的是那些有明確的戰(zhàn)略管理思想的企業(yè),因此企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理水平的高低關(guān)系到企業(yè)的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。企業(yè)要想在市場取得一定競爭地位,就不能還是停留在只依靠領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的經(jīng)驗或者直覺來管理公司,必須要建立起科學(xué)的戰(zhàn)略管理目標(biāo)和體系。本文以L.D家具有限公司為研究對象,在對L.D公司內(nèi)外環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,為L.D公司制定適合企業(yè)自身發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略管理方案和實施建議。通過本文的研究和分析,為公司的逐步發(fā)展和有關(guān)部門及管理人員在作戰(zhàn)略決策時起到可借鑒作用。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容有:首先,運用PEST分析法對公司宏觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,然后對我國家具行業(yè)競爭環(huán)境進(jìn)行了全面系統(tǒng)的分析和研究,并運用波特的五力模型分析了企業(yè)的競爭結(jié)構(gòu),總結(jié)出公司面臨的外部機(jī)遇和威脅,接著闡述和分析了L.D公司內(nèi)部資源和能力的現(xiàn)狀,并總結(jié)出公司面對市場機(jī)遇和威脅所具有的內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢和劣勢。其次,本文借助SWOT分析工具,在對公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析總結(jié)的基礎(chǔ)上提出了L.D公司的總體發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),并為實現(xiàn)目標(biāo)選擇了可行的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,即實施戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟、以開發(fā)新產(chǎn)品為主的擴(kuò)張戰(zhàn)略、綠色發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以及品牌戰(zhàn)略。最后,立足于L.D公司的實際現(xiàn)狀,對公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的實施措施以及保障措施提出了相應(yīng)建議,從而對公司戰(zhàn)略的有效實施起到了很好的指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the furniture industry of our country has made great progress. With the acceleration of urbanization construction and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, the industry scale and industry output value have maintained a rapid and steady growth. After decades of development, The furniture market has undergone great changes, competition is becoming increasingly fierce, industry integration is under way, and in the fierce market competition, those who are able to win are those enterprises with clear strategic management ideas. Therefore, the level of strategic management is related to the long-term development of the enterprise. If an enterprise wants to gain a certain competitive position in the market, it cannot just rely on the experience or intuition of the leader to manage the company. It is necessary to set up a scientific strategic management target and system. This paper takes L.D Furniture Co., Ltd as the research object, on the basis of the analysis of the internal and external environment of L.D Co., Ltd. To make strategic management plan and implement suggestion for L.D company. Through the research and analysis of this paper, The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the macro environment of the company is analyzed by using PEST analysis method. Then the paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis and research on the competitive environment of the furniture industry in China, and analyzes the competitive structure of the enterprise by using Porter's five-force model, and summarizes the external opportunities and threats faced by the company. Then, this paper expounds and analyzes the present situation of L.D 's internal resources and capabilities, and summarizes the internal strengths and weaknesses of L.D in the face of market opportunities and threats. Secondly, this paper makes use of SWOT analysis tools. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the internal and external environment of the company, this paper puts forward the overall development strategic goal of L.D Company, and chooses the feasible development strategy for the realization of the goal, that is, to implement the strategic alliance and to develop the expansion strategy of the new product. Finally, based on the actual situation of L.D Company, the author puts forward the corresponding suggestions on the implementation measures and safeguard measures of the company's development strategy, which plays a good guiding role in the effective implementation of the company's strategy.
