【摘要】：核電在國家安全中具有特殊戰(zhàn)略地位,具有安全要求高、投資大、建設(shè)周期長、運行穩(wěn)定可靠和排放少、環(huán)境友好、有全行業(yè)系統(tǒng)性風(fēng)險等行業(yè)特點。核電商業(yè)模式需要考慮項目投資、運營成本、環(huán)境要求、競爭環(huán)境和產(chǎn)業(yè)政策等約束。本文對核電廠、核電集團以及核電產(chǎn)業(yè)三個層面進行分析,提出了全面建立和完善可持續(xù)發(fā)展商業(yè)模式的路徑建議。
[Abstract]:Nuclear power has a special strategic position in national security, with high safety requirements, large investment, long construction cycle, stable and reliable operation, less emissions, and environmental friendliness. Nuclear power business model needs to consider project investment, operating cost, environmental requirements, competitive environment and industrial policy constraints. Based on the analysis of nuclear power group and nuclear power industry, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to establish and perfect the business model of sustainable development in an all-round way.
