【摘要】：本文通過重構(gòu)產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng)模型,從制度環(huán)境,創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)和知識(shí)技術(shù)3個(gè)方面對(duì)中丹兩國的風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行了比較研究。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),中丹兩國的風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)均是政策引導(dǎo)式的發(fā)展,但丹麥的發(fā)展模式卻是自下而上的,社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)發(fā)揮了更為重要的作用,其成功可以歸結(jié)為技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、組織以及政策等多方面因素綜合作用的結(jié)果。相比之下,中國尚未形成完整的風(fēng)電產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新系統(tǒng),各行為者之間缺乏有效的合作機(jī)制和知識(shí)分享網(wǎng)絡(luò),相對(duì)分散的創(chuàng)新主體難以集成發(fā)揮協(xié)同效應(yīng),創(chuàng)新能力有待提升。
[Abstract]:By reconstructing the industrial innovation system model, this paper makes a comparative study on the wind power industry of China and Denmark from three aspects: system environment, innovation network and knowledge and technology. The results show that the wind power industry of China and Denmark are both policy-oriented. But Denmark's development model is bottom-up, and the social foundation plays a more important role. Its success can be attributed to a combination of technological, economic, organizational and policy factors. China has not yet formed a complete wind power industry innovation system, there is a lack of effective cooperation mechanism and knowledge sharing network among the actors, the relatively dispersed innovation agents are difficult to integrate to play a synergistic effect, and the innovation ability needs to be improved.
