【摘要】：隨著計(jì)算機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)和通信技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,信息系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目也越來(lái)越復(fù)雜,從單一的軟件或硬件工程,擴(kuò)展到軟件、硬件設(shè)備甚至網(wǎng)絡(luò)、移動(dòng)等模塊的綜合集成,隨之而來(lái)的項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也就越來(lái)越大。本文針對(duì)信息系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別與規(guī)避方法進(jìn)行研究。本文首先分析了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別與規(guī)避領(lǐng)域的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),詳細(xì)論述了信息系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目管理與項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的相關(guān)概念和理論,結(jié)合信息系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),論述了在信息系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別和規(guī)避方面可能遇到的問(wèn)題。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)項(xiàng)目采用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的技術(shù)方法進(jìn)行分析,識(shí)別出其中的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn),以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)形成的原因與隱含問(wèn)題,從項(xiàng)目微觀層面與公司宏觀層面,分別提出了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)避的方法與措施,取得了包括識(shí)別出項(xiàng)目中可能存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)并指出這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的成因和威脅；歸納除了對(duì)信息系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目中可能出現(xiàn)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的規(guī)避措施等研究結(jié)果。本文提出的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別與規(guī)避方法,可被后續(xù)信息系統(tǒng)集成項(xiàng)目所借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of computer, network and communication technology, the information system integration project is becoming more and more complex, from a single software or hardware engineering to the integrated integration of software, hardware equipment and even network, mobile and other modules. The following project risk is becoming more and more serious. This paper studies the methods of risk identification and avoidance in the information system integration project. Firstly, this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research status of risk identification and avoidance. The related concepts and theories of information system integrated project management and project risk management are discussed in detail. This paper discusses the possible problems in risk identification and avoidance in the information system integration project. On this basis, the technical methods of risk management are analyzed, and the main risks are identified. As well as the causes and hidden problems of risk formation, from the project micro-level and corporate macro-level, respectively, put forward the methods and measures of risk avoidance, This includes identifying potential risks in the project and identifying the causes and threats of those risks; In addition to the research results of the possible risk avoidance in the information system integration project, the risk identification and avoidance method proposed in this paper can be used for reference by the subsequent information system integration project.
