FK公司煤礦安全技術(shù)裝備產(chǎn)品組合策略研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展步伐逐漸加快,煤礦安全技術(shù)裝備行業(yè)也迎來了屬于自身的“春天”。各類先進(jìn)技術(shù)運用到生產(chǎn)及產(chǎn)品自身。促使我國煤礦安全技術(shù)裝備行業(yè)技術(shù)水平得到了大幅提升。對于技術(shù)的革新、市場的成熟以及煤炭礦山安全生產(chǎn)文化逐步深入人心,是FK公司面臨的一個難得發(fā)展機(jī)遇。但是日趨激烈的競爭市場,對企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的要求越來越苛刻。不但對產(chǎn)品技術(shù)水平的要求提高了不少,而且還對產(chǎn)品的適用性提出了更高的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。對于市場的新變化,FK公司如何才能在市場中立于不敗之地,無疑要從以下幾個方面入手:降低產(chǎn)品成本、加大科研力度以及科學(xué)合理的差異性產(chǎn)品服務(wù)。這些問題的解決最終是要促進(jìn)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品組合更加優(yōu)化,使企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品組合更具科學(xué)合理性、明確有效性,以利于企業(yè)長遠(yuǎn)的進(jìn)步與發(fā)展。本文首先對產(chǎn)品組合相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了介紹,重點對FK公司產(chǎn)品的市場環(huán)境進(jìn)行了剖析。其次運用PEST分析法對FK公司煤礦安全技術(shù)裝備市場的宏觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析,結(jié)合波特五力模型對FK公司產(chǎn)品面臨的國內(nèi)外市場競爭形勢對A公司的供應(yīng)商、客戶、競爭者、替代品等關(guān)鍵因素進(jìn)行了研究。最后運用波士頓矩陣法、產(chǎn)品系列平衡法深入分析了FK公司產(chǎn)品組合的特點。在此基礎(chǔ)上,運用產(chǎn)品組合相關(guān)理論,提出了FK公司擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)品組合寬度,適度減少產(chǎn)品組合的長度,優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品線深度、加快各產(chǎn)品線的關(guān)聯(lián)性以及加快產(chǎn)品研發(fā)力度等優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品組合策略。并給出了策略執(zhí)行的具體保障建議,包括:提高品牌營銷力度、加大新產(chǎn)品技術(shù)研發(fā)及建立專門的協(xié)調(diào)組織等措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, The industry of coal mine safety technology and equipment has also ushered in its own "spring". All kinds of advanced technologies have been applied to the production and products themselves. The technical level of our country's coal mine safety technology equipment industry has been greatly improved. The maturity of the market and the gradual penetration of the safety production culture in coal mines are a rare opportunity for FK to develop. But increasingly fierce competition in the market. The requirements for enterprise products are becoming more and more stringent. Not only the requirements for the technical level of the products have been raised a lot, but also higher standards have been put forward for the applicability of the products. The new changes in the market will make FK Company in an invincible position in the market. There is no doubt that we should start with the following aspects: reducing product cost, increasing scientific research and scientific and reasonable differential product service. The solution of these problems is ultimately to promote the optimization of enterprise product mix. In order to make the product combination of enterprises more scientific and rational, clear and effective, in order to facilitate the long-term progress and development of enterprises. The market environment of FK company's products is analyzed in detail. Secondly, the macro environment of coal mine safety equipment market of FK company is analyzed in detail by using PEST analysis method. Combined with Porter's five-force model, the paper studies the key factors of suppliers, customers, competitors, substitutes and other key factors of FK Company's products in the domestic and international market competition. Finally, the Boston Matrix method is used. This paper analyzes the characteristics of FK Company's product combination by product series balance method. On the basis of the theory of product combination, it puts forward that FK Company can expand the width of product combination, reduce the length of product combination appropriately, and optimize the depth of product line. To speed up the relevance of product lines and accelerate product development efforts to optimize product mix strategy. And give specific security recommendations for the implementation of the strategy, including: to improve brand marketing, Increase new product technology research and development and establish special coordination organization and other measures.
