【摘要】:隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的到來(lái)、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益加劇、消費(fèi)需求的個(gè)性化和復(fù)雜化,全球制造業(yè)面臨的環(huán)境正發(fā)生著一場(chǎng)影響深遠(yuǎn)的變革,制造企業(yè)開(kāi)展服務(wù)化轉(zhuǎn)型成為應(yīng)對(duì)日益嚴(yán)重的商品化陷阱和實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略選擇。本質(zhì)上講,制造業(yè)服務(wù)化是商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的一個(gè)過(guò)程,由于內(nèi)外風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的干擾,會(huì)影響到商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的結(jié)果,不同的制造企業(yè)從產(chǎn)品導(dǎo)向商業(yè)模式向服務(wù)型商業(yè)模式發(fā)展的程度有所不同,最終也造成產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)效果有好有壞。因此,如何精確地刻畫(huà)制造企業(yè)服務(wù)化的差異性,弄清其背后的重要影響因素及其作用機(jī)理,成為推動(dòng)制造服務(wù)化理論向縱深發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)。本文從商業(yè)模式的新視角來(lái)研究制造企業(yè)服務(wù)化,把制造企業(yè)服務(wù)化的實(shí)質(zhì)明確地認(rèn)定為全面的服務(wù)化商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新過(guò)程,而不僅僅開(kāi)發(fā)和提供新的服務(wù)項(xiàng)目。本文基于國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)制造企業(yè)服務(wù)化內(nèi)涵與分類(lèi)、服務(wù)型商業(yè)模式等方面的研究,并結(jié)合中國(guó)制造企業(yè)的實(shí)際,從基于產(chǎn)品的服務(wù)(SSP)和基于客戶的服務(wù)(SSC)兩個(gè)不同的維度來(lái)測(cè)量服務(wù)化商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的程度,并識(shí)別出企業(yè)內(nèi)外部四種主要的影響因素,包括企業(yè)研發(fā)投入水平、員工受教育程度、行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度及資源約束程度。同時(shí)以163家2009-2012年間實(shí)現(xiàn)IPO的中國(guó)創(chuàng)業(yè)板上市的制造企業(yè)為樣本,對(duì)制造企業(yè)服務(wù)化商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的影響因素及其作用機(jī)理進(jìn)行有序多分類(lèi)Logit回歸分析,從而更全面、深入地解釋企業(yè)內(nèi)外部影響因素和服務(wù)化商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的相關(guān)關(guān)系及作用機(jī)理。分析結(jié)果表明,作為控制變量的企業(yè)規(guī)模和所處行業(yè)對(duì)企業(yè)服務(wù)化商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新水平并不具有顯著相關(guān)關(guān)系;產(chǎn)品研發(fā)強(qiáng)度越高,企業(yè)越傾向于提供SSP,相反地,產(chǎn)品研發(fā)強(qiáng)度越高,企業(yè)提供SSC的傾向較低:?jiǎn)T工整體的文化程度越高,越會(huì)促進(jìn)企業(yè)同時(shí)加快發(fā)展SSC和SSP;行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)程度越高,企業(yè)越傾向于采用SSC服務(wù)化策略,但對(duì)企業(yè)提供SSP并沒(méi)有顯著的影響;資源約束程度越高,企業(yè)更傾向于提供SSP及SSC。本文對(duì)于中國(guó)制造企業(yè)的樣本數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析所得出的研究結(jié)論,將有助于中國(guó)制造企業(yè)更好地認(rèn)識(shí)到影響服務(wù)化的內(nèi)外部因素及作用機(jī)理,幫助我國(guó)制造企業(yè)更好地開(kāi)展服務(wù)型商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新,更加順利的成功實(shí)現(xiàn)服務(wù)化轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of global economic integration, the increasingly intensified market competition, the individuation and complexity of consumer demand, the global manufacturing industry is facing an environment that is undergoing a far-reaching change. The service transformation of manufacturing enterprises has become a strategic choice to deal with the increasingly serious commercialization trap and to realize the sustainable development of science. In essence, manufacturing service is a process of business model innovation, because of the interference of internal and external risk factors. Will affect the results of business model innovation, different manufacturing enterprises from product-oriented business model to service-oriented business model development varying degrees, but also resulting in economic effects are good and bad. How to accurately depict the difference of service in manufacturing enterprises, understand the important factors behind it and its mechanism, This paper studies the service-oriented manufacturing enterprise from the new perspective of business model, and clearly regards the essence of service-oriented manufacturing enterprise as a comprehensive innovation process of service-oriented business model. This paper is based on the domestic and foreign research on the connotation and classification of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises, service-oriented business models, and combined with the reality of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. This paper measures the degree of innovation of service-oriented business model from two different dimensions of product-based services (SSPs) and customer-based services (SSCs), and identifies four main influencing factors, including the level of enterprise R & D investment. At the same time, 163 manufacturing enterprises listed on the China growth Enterprise Market (gem), which achieved IPO in 2009-2012, were selected as a sample. The influencing factors and the mechanism of the innovation of service business model in manufacturing enterprises are analyzed by Logit regression analysis in order to be more comprehensive. The relationship between the internal and external factors and the innovation of service-oriented business model is explained in depth. The results show that the relationship between the internal and external factors and the innovation of the service-oriented business model. There is no significant correlation between the size of the enterprise as a control variable and the level of innovation of the enterprise's service-oriented business model. The higher the R & D intensity, the more inclined the enterprise is to provide SSPs. On the contrary, the higher the R & D intensity is, the higher the R & D intensity is. The tendency of enterprises to provide SSC is lower: the higher the education level of employees, the faster the development of SSC and SSP, the more competitive the industry, the more inclined to adopt SSC service strategy. However, there is no significant impact on the supply of SSP by enterprises. The higher the resource constraint, the more inclined enterprises are to provide SSP and SSC.These conclusions are drawn from the empirical analysis of sample data of Chinese manufacturing enterprises. It will help the Chinese manufacturing enterprises to better understand the internal and external factors affecting the service and its mechanism of action, to help the Chinese manufacturing enterprises to better carry out the innovation of the service business model and to successfully realize the service transformation.
