【摘要】：京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展大背景下,北京市制造業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級和空間布局調(diào)整面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)。本文基于微觀企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù),采用偏離—份額模型剖析了1996—2010年北京市制造業(yè)發(fā)展的時空演化特征,基于空間偏離—份額模型,提出京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展背景下,未來北京不同功能區(qū)制造業(yè)疏解方向。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),從功能區(qū)層面來講,北京市制造業(yè)由首都功能核心區(qū)向城市功能拓展區(qū)、城市發(fā)展新區(qū)以及生態(tài)涵養(yǎng)發(fā)展區(qū)漸次外遷,在此過程中高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)、機(jī)械與裝備制造業(yè)呈集聚發(fā)展態(tài)勢,都市型工業(yè)近年來有所回遷,其余制造業(yè)逐漸退出北京市。在此基礎(chǔ)上,以京津冀協(xié)同發(fā)展綱要為指導(dǎo),結(jié)合京津冀都市圈各城市產(chǎn)業(yè)功能定位和集聚區(qū)建設(shè)分析了北京市不同功能區(qū)制造業(yè)未來疏解策略與方向。
[Abstract]:Under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei cooperative development, the transformation and upgrading of Beijing's manufacturing industry and the adjustment of its spatial layout are faced with new challenges. Based on micro-enterprise data, this paper analyzes the space-time evolution characteristics of Beijing's manufacturing development from 1996 to 2010 by using the deviation-share model. Based on the spatial deviation-share model, this paper puts forward the future direction of the manufacturing industry in different functional areas of Beijing in the context of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. The study found that, from the perspective of functional areas, The manufacturing industry in Beijing is gradually moving out from the capital function core area to the urban function expansion area, the new urban development area and the ecological conservation development area. In the process, the high-tech industry, machinery and equipment manufacturing industry is in a situation of agglomeration and development. Urban industries have moved back in recent years, and the other manufacturing industries have gradually withdrawn from Beijing. On this basis, the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is taken as the guide. Combined with the function orientation of industry and the construction of agglomeration area in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area, this paper analyzes the strategy and direction of the future development of manufacturing industry in different functional areas of Beijing.
