【摘要】:目前,我國印刷市場已發(fā)展成為全球四大印制中心之一,印刷行業(yè)內(nèi),企業(yè)之間的競爭日益加劇,如何在激烈的競爭中求得生存與發(fā)展已成為許多印刷企業(yè)需要解決的首要問題,特別是對(duì)于中小型印刷企業(yè)來說,如何對(duì)目前的形勢做出客觀的判斷,進(jìn)而采取有效的管理舉措,發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢,揚(yáng)長避短,打造自身的核心競爭力,已成為企業(yè)能否持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵問題。Z印務(wù)公司作為業(yè)內(nèi)的一家中小型印刷企業(yè),正面臨著上述問題,如何認(rèn)識(shí)自身并作出選擇,對(duì)于Z公司未來的生存和發(fā)展將具有重要的意義。本論文以企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理及其它相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)理論為指導(dǎo),采用實(shí)證的研究方法,對(duì)Z印務(wù)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行研究,并作出具體的戰(zhàn)略及相關(guān)規(guī)劃。本文首先對(duì)研究過程中涉及的戰(zhàn)略、戰(zhàn)略管理和戰(zhàn)略分析工具等理論知識(shí)進(jìn)行了闡述。接下來對(duì)Z印務(wù)公司的內(nèi)部資源環(huán)境及競爭地位進(jìn)行了介紹,并采用SWOT分析方法對(duì)Z印務(wù)公司內(nèi)部的優(yōu)勢和劣勢、外部的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行了歸納、總結(jié)。在對(duì)Z印務(wù)公司所處的外部環(huán)境分析中,本文先后運(yùn)用PEST分析法、波特五力模型等分析方法對(duì)外部環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié)。在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)Z印務(wù)公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略進(jìn)行了分析和構(gòu)建,提出具體的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展方案和實(shí)施辦法。最后,本文在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過實(shí)證研究得出如下結(jié)論:第一,對(duì)Z印務(wù)公司來說優(yōu)勢大于劣勢,機(jī)遇大于挑戰(zhàn)。Z印務(wù)公司應(yīng)充分利用自身的優(yōu)勢資源,在穩(wěn)定現(xiàn)有客戶資源的基礎(chǔ)上,加大市場開發(fā)力度,實(shí)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)的規(guī)模擴(kuò)張。第二,Z印務(wù)公司適合采取成本戰(zhàn)略與差異化戰(zhàn)略相結(jié)合的戰(zhàn)略方案,以低成本、高質(zhì)量,優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)同現(xiàn)有固定客戶加深合作,同時(shí)獲得新客戶的支持。第三,Z公司需要積極的進(jìn)行管理創(chuàng)新和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,提高自身的核心競爭力,實(shí)行多元化發(fā)展,對(duì)市場變化做出快速響應(yīng),打破發(fā)展的局限性。第四,Z公司還需要加大人才隊(duì)伍建設(shè)力度,努力的塑造復(fù)合型人才,同時(shí)積極的吸納培養(yǎng)高端管理人才和技術(shù)研發(fā)人員,提高企業(yè)人力資源的整體配置效率。通過對(duì)Z印務(wù)公司進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)、科學(xué)的分析研究,希望能夠?qū)公司的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃起到現(xiàn)實(shí)的指導(dǎo)意義,幫助企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)科學(xué)化、規(guī)范化管理的同時(shí)提高其競爭優(yōu)勢,促進(jìn)企業(yè)健康持續(xù)發(fā)展。同時(shí)期望在當(dāng)今市場競爭激烈的狀態(tài)下,對(duì)同類中小印刷企業(yè)的發(fā)展能夠起到一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:At present, the printing market in China has developed into one of the four major printing centers in the world, and the competition among enterprises in the printing industry is increasing day by day. How to survive and develop in the fierce competition has become the primary problem that many printing enterprises need to solve, especially for the small and medium-sized printing enterprises, how to make an objective judgment on the current situation. Furthermore, taking effective management measures, giving full play to its advantages, promoting its strengths and avoiding its weaknesses and building its own core competitiveness has become the key issue for the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprises. Z Printing Company, as a small and medium-sized printing enterprise in the industry, has become a key issue for its sustainable and healthy development. Facing the above problems, how to understand itself and make choices will be of great significance for the future survival and development of company Z. This paper is guided by the enterprise strategic management and other relevant basic theories, and adopts the empirical research method. This paper studies the development strategy of Z Printing Company, and makes specific strategies and related plans. Then the paper introduces the internal resource environment and competitive position of Z Printing Company, and uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Z Printing Company. The external opportunities and challenges are summarized and summarized. In the analysis of the external environment of Z Printing Company, this paper uses PEST analysis method successively. On the basis of the analysis and construction of Z Printing Company's development strategy, the concrete business development plan and implementation method are put forward. Based on the above analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions through empirical research: first, for Z printing company, the advantages are greater than the disadvantages, the opportunities are greater than the challenges. Z printing companies should make full use of their own advantages and resources. On the basis of stabilizing the existing customer resources, we should increase the strength of market development and realize the scale expansion of business. The second printing company is suitable to adopt the strategic plan combining cost strategy and differentiation strategy, with low cost and high quality, The high quality service deepens the cooperation with the existing fixed customer, at the same time obtains the support of the new customer. The third company needs to actively carry on the management innovation and the technical innovation, enhances own core competition ability, implements the diversification development, To make a quick response to market changes, to break the limitations of development. The company also needs to increase the strength of the construction of talent team, try to shape the composite talent, and actively absorb and train high-end management personnel and technical research and development personnel, Through the systematic and scientific analysis and research on Z Printing Company, it is hoped that it will play a practical guiding role in the strategic planning of Z Company and help the enterprise to realize the scientization. At the same time, the standardized management can improve its competitive advantage and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprises. At the same time, it is expected that the development of the similar small and medium-sized printing enterprises can be used for reference under the condition of fierce market competition.
