【摘要】：結合中國天然氣工業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及相關政策法規(guī),分析了未來LNG市場發(fā)展空間的影響因素。有利因素:國家法規(guī)、政策支持天然氣發(fā)展,LNG市場穩(wěn)步增長;天然氣價格市場化提振天然氣市場需求,遠期中國天然氣市場規(guī)模潛力巨大。不利因素:經(jīng)濟發(fā)展轉型"新常態(tài)",天然氣市場需求增速回落;國際油價持續(xù)下跌,天然氣價格調整滯后,影響天然氣需求增長;隨著供應形勢變化,氣源間競爭愈加激烈。指出了LNG接收站業(yè)務面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn):全球天然氣液化能力提高,LNG資源充足;LNG現(xiàn)貨及短期貿易蓬勃發(fā)展,進口LNG價格下降;LNG調峰需求巨大,成本相對較低。提出了國內LNG接收站建設發(fā)展思路及相關建議:以擴建現(xiàn)有接收站為主,適時增加儲存容量和氣化能力,積極參與市場調峰。
[Abstract]:Combined with the current situation of China's natural gas industry development and related policies and regulations, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the future LNG market development space. The favorable factors are: national regulations and policies to support the development of natural gas LNG market steady growth; The marketization of natural gas prices stimulates natural gas market demand, and the future Chinese natural gas market has huge potential. Unfavorable factors: the "new normal" of economic development, the decline of natural gas market demand growth rate, the continued decline of international oil prices, The delayed adjustment of natural gas prices affects the growth of natural gas demand, and as the supply situation changes, The competition between gas sources is becoming more and more fierce. The paper points out the opportunities and challenges faced by the LNG receiving terminal business: the global LNG liquefaction capacity is improved, the LNG resources are abundant, and the short-term trade is booming, the import price of LNG is falling, and the demand for peak shaving is huge. The cost is relatively low. This paper puts forward some suggestions for the construction and development of domestic LNG receiving station: to expand the existing receiving station, to increase the storage capacity and gasification capacity in time, and to take an active part in peak shaving in the market.
