【摘要】：基于理論上外商直接投資對(duì)中國(guó)制造業(yè)出口技術(shù)復(fù)雜度的影響機(jī)理,利用中國(guó)省際面板數(shù)據(jù),可以對(duì)外商直接投資與中國(guó)制造業(yè)出口技術(shù)復(fù)雜度之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。結(jié)果表明,外商直接投資絕對(duì)規(guī)模及相對(duì)規(guī)模對(duì)中國(guó)制造業(yè)出口技術(shù)復(fù)雜度有著顯著的正向影響,即外商直接投資進(jìn)入的絕對(duì)規(guī)模及相對(duì)規(guī)模越高,其對(duì)中國(guó)制造業(yè)出口技術(shù)復(fù)雜度的提升作用就越明顯。進(jìn)一步地,外商直接投資對(duì)中國(guó)制造業(yè)出口技術(shù)復(fù)雜度的影響存在區(qū)域差異性,即在市場(chǎng)化進(jìn)程更深入的東部沿海地區(qū),外商直接投資對(duì)中國(guó)制造業(yè)出口技術(shù)復(fù)雜度的促進(jìn)作用更為顯著。在中國(guó)新一輪深化對(duì)外開放及招商引資質(zhì)量亟待升級(jí)的背景下,應(yīng)在加大引資力度的同時(shí)注重優(yōu)化外資結(jié)構(gòu),并著力推進(jìn)地區(qū)市場(chǎng)化改革和契約環(huán)境建設(shè),進(jìn)而充分發(fā)揮外商直接投資對(duì)中國(guó)制造業(yè)出口技術(shù)復(fù)雜度的溢出效應(yīng),以促成中國(guó)制造業(yè)全球價(jià)值鏈地位的攀升。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical mechanism of the influence of foreign direct investment on the technological complexity of China's manufacturing exports, the interprovincial panel data of China are used. The empirical analysis of the relationship between FDI and the technological complexity of China's manufacturing exports shows that the absolute and relative scale of FDI has a significant positive impact on the technological complexity of Chinese manufacturing exports. That is, the higher the absolute and relative scale of FDI entry, the more significant its impact on the technological complexity of Chinese manufacturing exports will be. The influence of foreign direct investment on the complexity of Chinese manufacturing export technology is different, that is, in the eastern coastal areas, where the marketization process is deeper, Foreign direct investment (FDI) plays an even more important role in promoting the technological complexity of China's manufacturing industry. Under the background of the new round of China's opening to the outside world and the urgent need to upgrade the quality of attracting foreign investment, we should pay attention to optimizing the structure of foreign investment while increasing the intensity of attracting foreign investment. In order to promote the regional marketization reform and the construction of contract environment, and bring into full play the spillover effect of foreign direct investment on the technological complexity of Chinese manufacturing exports, the global value chain status of China's manufacturing industry will climb.
