【摘要】：伴隨漆包線行業(yè)產(chǎn)能需求的迅猛發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)催生了一大批中小型漆包線制造企業(yè)。中小型漆包線企業(yè)具有連續(xù)生產(chǎn)、單位訂單量小、多以柔性訂單為主的生產(chǎn)特性。為應(yīng)對(duì)行業(yè)及市場(chǎng)的一系列挑戰(zhàn),中小型漆包線企業(yè)都在尋求或?qū)嵤┌讼冗M(jìn)的管理理念和科學(xué)管理方法的ERP信息管理系統(tǒng),以期能夠贏得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。但據(jù)公開(kāi)信息顯示,ERP信息管理系統(tǒng)在離散性的制造企業(yè)中實(shí)施效果顯著,而在連續(xù)性的制造企業(yè)中,特別是中小型連續(xù)性漆包線制造企業(yè)中,實(shí)施效果并不理想。故此研究中小型漆包線制造企業(yè)如何實(shí)施ERP系統(tǒng)以及實(shí)施后的評(píng)價(jià)具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文首先應(yīng)用文獻(xiàn)研究法檢索了大量的文獻(xiàn)資料,對(duì)ERP的發(fā)展、應(yīng)用實(shí)施理論進(jìn)行了深入的探討。然后以中小型連續(xù)性漆包線公司(WB漆包線公司)為例證,結(jié)合自己十幾年的行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),應(yīng)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、案例分析法、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法、層次分析法、專家調(diào)查法等方法對(duì)ERP系統(tǒng)的選型構(gòu)建與各功能模塊的個(gè)性化功能設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述;在后續(xù)系統(tǒng)功能的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)中,文中不僅應(yīng)用流程優(yōu)化的方法、IE防錯(cuò)手法、快速換模、TOC理論等精益生產(chǎn)理念和方法對(duì)關(guān)鍵流程的進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化了作了詳盡介紹,對(duì)與行業(yè)相關(guān)的一些特定關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)的管控思路在ERP中的實(shí)現(xiàn)也作了詳盡的說(shuō)明;最后應(yīng)用層次分析法、專家調(diào)查法、平衡計(jì)分卡理論對(duì)實(shí)施ERP系統(tǒng)的績(jī)效的評(píng)價(jià)過(guò)程和方法作了詳盡闡述,并對(duì)綜合評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果作了詳盡分析。文中用充分的論述和具體的評(píng)價(jià)數(shù)據(jù)表明:ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施對(duì)WB漆包線公司節(jié)約制造成本、減少存貨、增加訂單的響應(yīng)速度、優(yōu)化制造流程具有較為明顯的作用;同時(shí)ERP系統(tǒng)實(shí)施對(duì)于促進(jìn)企業(yè)效益提高也是一個(gè)循序漸進(jìn)的過(guò)程;對(duì)于中小型連續(xù)性漆包線企業(yè)ERP的應(yīng)用,在選型上應(yīng)該根據(jù)企業(yè)自身的特點(diǎn),有計(jì)劃,分步在適合自己的行業(yè)成熟ERP系統(tǒng)平臺(tái)進(jìn)行二次個(gè)性化開(kāi)發(fā)實(shí)施為宜。文中得出的結(jié)論不僅對(duì)WB漆包線公司如何更好的應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)有指點(diǎn)意義,對(duì)于其他連續(xù)性中小型制造企業(yè)特別是連續(xù)性中小型漆包線企業(yè)應(yīng)用ERP系統(tǒng)也有一定的啟示意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of enameled wire industry capacity demand, the domestic manufacturing enterprises spawned a small enamelled wire. A large number of small and medium-sized enterprises with the continuous production of enameled wire unit, a small amount of orders, production characteristics with flexible orders mainly. A series of challenges for the industry and the market, small and medium-sized enterprises of enameled wire the implementation of ERP information management system contains advanced management concepts and scientific management methods in seeking or, in order to win the competition. But according to public information display, ERP information management system in manufacturing enterprises in the implementation of the discrete effect, and continuity in manufacturing enterprises, especially small and medium continuity paint wire manufacturing enterprises, the effect is not ideal. Has a strong practical significance for the evaluation research on small and medium sized enameled wire manufacturing enterprises how to implement ERP system and after the implementation. This paper used literature research method Searching a lot of literature, the development of ERP, application of the theory is discussed. Then to small and medium sized continuous enameled wire company (WB enameled company) as an example, combined with his years of experience in the industry, research and application of literature method, case analysis method, statistical analysis method, hierarchy analysis, expert survey method for ERP system to build a personalized function modules with the function of the detail in the subsequent implementation; system function, method not only the application of process optimization in this paper, IE error proofing technique, smed, TOC theory of lean production theory and method of the key to further optimize the process in detail, the train of thought of some key data and industry related to the implementation in ERP is described in detail; finally the application of AHP, expert investigation method, balanced scorecard Card process and method of evaluation of the implementation of the ERP system performance are described in detail, and the results of comprehensive evaluation in detail. This paper analysis shows that fully discussed and specific evaluation data of WB enameled wire company to save manufacturing costs, reduce inventory and implementation of the ERP system, the response speed of increasing orders. Optimization of manufacturing process has obvious effect; at the same time, the implementation of ERP system is a gradual process for the promotion of enterprises to improve the efficiency; applications for small and medium enterprises ERP continuous enameled wire, should according to the characteristics of their own, in the selection of plan, step by step two is appropriate in the implementation of personalized development for their own mature industry ERP system platform. The conclusion of the paper not only for the application of ERP system WB enameled line company how to better guidance, for other continuity of small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises, especially. The application of ERP system for continuous medium and small lacquer line enterprises also has some enlightenment.
